Angel Oak Arbor Care come to Louisiana after our recent hurricanes and I hired them to take out some messed up trees and also a good tree and some bushes I wanted gone. I gotta say, these guys are real pros. They know what they're doing and they're super friendly too. They worked real fast and got the job done right. After they chopped down all the stuff, they cleaned up the whole yard with rakes and a leaf blower. They took away everything, like 4 trees, 10 bushes, and even branches from my neighbors' trees that were hanging over my place. I gotta give these guys a big thumbs up!

They came up to me, I said no 5 times before agreeing to pay $1000 for two branches off my camfour. I called and asked if they were licensed and insured, but when you check their certificate number, it's only their LLC certificate number and has nothing to do with insurance. They wrecked two panels and a post of my neighbor's fence (white vinyl) and then tried to replace it with used and bent parts to save money. I refused to pay them until they finished the job and fixed the fence problem they caused, but they wouldn't give me their insurance info because I think they don't actually have it. They threatened to put a lien on my house and threatened to bother me until I pay. DON'T USE THESE GUYS!

Everythin began nice. They come up for a free estimate, the job was to completly remove a tree and a stump. We agreed on price and signed the contract.

Once they got here to do the job they started their nonsense which seems to be their way of doin business. First, the manager said they wont remove the stump, and that we have to pay extra for that job, as 'you see, guys got tired already, and we already did a lot of work'. I said we have an agreement which you must respect so there is no extra. Then he said Ok, but we cant do it Today anyway, so you pay us now (full price!), and we come later to finish the stump:)

Obviously I said its irrelevant. Still bein a good guy I offered to do him a favor: I pay them 2/3 of the price agreed, and 1/3 once they finish the job. They started cryin and moanin that they cant pay the guys now, and all the stuff like that.

Finally I paid them 80% of the price, and they disappeared immediately. They didnt even finish the job I actually paid for: a tree removal. As they cut it off leavin all the debris right there, includin quite big pieces of wood which a person cant even move.

I called and texted them many times since then, and got nothin but *** that they will fix everything soon. I got tired chasin this guys, and finally had to hire professionals to finish the job. BTW I have all our conversations recorded.

Thats why I dont recomend anyone to use this service. Quite a bad attitude towards a client, quite unresponsive and unprofessional.

Angel Oak Arbor Care was hired by our neighbors to take down some trees in their backyard. The workers didn't use safety ropes and when they were cutting a branch, it fell on our fence and messed up the fence post. I was home when it happened and saw it with my own eyes. I talked to Haley, the boss of the crew that day, and she said they would fix it. This happened in March . I've been emailing and texting back and forth with the company for the past 2 and a half months. They sent a new fence post and cap a few weeks ago, but they haven't made any plans to actually fix the fence. I've tried reaching out to them many times, but they're not giving me any answers. Can you help me out?

On October 14, I got a quote from this company to take out stumps and roots on both sides of my driveway. We agreed that they would do the work the next day for $400.00. They didn't show up, but they did come the next day. I told them about the sprinkler system underneath, and they said they would fix any problems they caused. They removed the roots. The next day, I woke up to see water and mud spewing from my sprinkler system onto my driveway and the street. I called them that day, and they said they would come and check it out. They didn't show up. I called and left 3 messages, but they didn't call back or make any repairs. I had to hire an irrigation company to fix the damaged line and replace some of the sod I bought. I want to be reimbursed for the damages they caused, which amount to $205.50. Please let me know if you need more information. Thank you.
