Lee and Wesley came out and repaired my heat pump. They correctly diagnosed the problem being the blower motor, found a replacement, and had a new one installed promptly. They were friendly and acted professionally. They did a good job and got my unit running when it was a very hot day up on the roof- and they didn't complain one bit. Well done job! I highly recommend Knight A/C!

First time using Knight and Mark was my service technician. Showed up on time and very professional. Took pictures of my unit and informed me of faulty install (another company did the install) and what needed to be done. He went back up and did the best he could to fix the problem and did not charge me extra. I appreciate the fact that they don't push "maintenance agreements" like a lot of the other companies do. Thank you to the team at Knight Air Conditioning. I called the office this morning and was lucky to find they had a serviceman working in my area. The technician stopped by and quickly identified my problem. He made a video to show me exactly what needed to be fixed. He repaired it and cleaned up the area he was working in record time. He also helped me by cleaning the filters. I highly recommend Knight Air Conditioning company for all your air conditioning needs, they are the best !

I have used the services of Knight HVAC since 2014. I have never had an issue with their installation, service, or personnel. Jesse just performed a biannual maintenance check on my mother-in-law's Trane AC/furnace as well as finding and addressing a related system rook leak. I could not have have asked for a more friendly and capable professional to handle my needs for my family. His explanations on what he determine and how he addressed same were most appropriate. The Trane equipment that Knight has provided have more than met my operational expectations.

We cannot express our gratitude for the professional, skilled, friendly and honest service we received from Knight Air Conditioning. Mr. Knight, the owner, saved us from replacing our entire system, which would have cost over $25,000. He replaced a failed starter capacitor in one of our two units and charged us $308. He also told us our TRANE units would last us several more years. Days before, another company told us our compressor had failed and we would need a new one for $3500. But because our units were 12 years old, they would advise just to replace the entire unit, and since the second unit was also the same age, we discussed replacing them both. Knight Air Conditioning very quickly located the failed part and our AC to half the house was immediately restored. (We had been without AC in half the house for over a week at that point). AND the outstanding service had started with Mr. Knight's daughter taking our call - clearly understanding our request to get a second opinion and sending her dad out in two days. We cannot thank these folks enough. They are understanding, friendly and honest, AND know what they are doing. Thank you Knight Air Conditioning - you are the best!
