My wife and I flew on flight KL0642, seats 3K (Earline Dick) and 4K (Warren Dick), on 20 September 2023 leaving JFK at 5.35pm and arriving in Amsterdam early the next morning.

We waited for our luggage at the carousel until all other passengers had collected their luggage and left, went to KLM desk who told us we had to just keep waiting.

After we had waited a total of an hour for the luggage, we went back to the KLM desk to be told our bags were not on the flight and may have been put on the next flight and we had to wait around the airport until that flight arrived to see if they were onboard.

No assistance was offered for this delay, not even a cup of tea.

At this stage we are wasting our time sitting at the airport with no definite answer as to where our luggage is or when it will arrive and are very disappointed with the service.

We are missing 4 bags with tags [protected]; [protected]; [protected]; and [protected].

Would you please locate these bags as quickly as you can and contact us by phone on +[protected] or email [protected]@hotmail.com to advise exactly where they are, which flight they are on and how you will get these bags to us.

We are scheduled to leave Amsterdam on a tour bus so this will delay our travel plans and my husband is diabetic and all his insulin pump supplies are in those cases which he needs immediately otherwise we have to locate a source of these supplies in Amsterdam today.

Please respond to let us know that you are working on this problem, and again, when you have the solution.

Desired outcome: Get our luggage to us as quickly as possible to continue on with our travel plans and to prevent an unnecessary medical emergency.
