King.com review: candy crush

I've lost numerous games that were sent by friends and had them wiped out a couple of times. Now, I don't receive any games sent my way and I know, full well, that I should be getting games sent to me. I've seen quite a few other players complain about these same issues for many months with NO solution on your end to fix the glitch.
Some response would be nice, fixing the problem would be great.
