King Kutter I bought a disk from a nearby store to till my land

I bought a disk from a nearby store to till my land. After just 2 weeks of using it, the disk's 3-point connection got bent so badly that it can't be used anymore unless I get a replacement part or do some welding and fabrication. I reached out to King Kutter to inquire about the warranty and sent them some pictures for review. They responded saying that they won't honor the warranty or provide a replacement part due to the subpar design of the disk.

King Kutter Product is peeling paint, rusted, dented after 2 uses

Product is peeling paint, rusted, dented after 2 uses. On June 1, we bought a 5' tiller for our small tractor from ***. They told us to contact King Kutter about the problem. My partner used the tiller twice on a small food plot. After just one use, the tiller got dented, the paint started peeling, and it rusted. I reached out to King Kutter directly on July 1. I sent them pictures of the unit. We paid $1600.00 for this tiller. I emailed them again on July 8, and Tyler asked for the serial number. I sent them a picture of it. On July 28th, I asked if there was any update. I emailed them again on Aug 11th. Cody then got back to me and asked for the pictures, vin number, purchase receipt, and make and model of the tractor. I sent over the pictures. King Kutter emailed back and said in the email, "Management looked into this claim and it won't be covered under warranty." I asked for an explanation in my email, but never got one. Instead, I received an email saying, "Thank you for your email. You emailed us on July 1st and we replied on July 1 requesting information. We are happy to help once we receive the additionally info." I have to say, they have all the information they asked for, lots of pictures, purchase receipt, video of the tiller, etc. Since August 12, I'm still waiting to hear back from anyone. I also contacted *** in Wausau Wisconsin and talked to Mark, the manager. I've called for the past 5 days, but he hasn't been at work. He hasn't gotten back to me about this issue either.
