A grate experience. Prices are super low. Installer was really grate. A truly good business. It must be owned by someone that gives a $+&/. I highly recommend them.

I'm really disappointed with the service. I signed a contract with Sunburst Patios LLC in March , and they promised to complete my patio within 5 to 7 weeks. It's been 6 months now, and my patio is still not done. They should at least keep me updated, but I have to keep calling them and they always have multiple excuses for why my pati0 isn't ready yet.

We had a bunch of stuff done on our house - two patios, screen doors with doggy doors, and a shade patio in the yard. Overall, the work was okay. We had some problems with the doors not closing properly, issues with the screens, and the yard structure still isn't finished after 18 months - that's like a year and a half! At first, we had to bug them a lot and they sent people out a few times to fix things. It was a real pain, but they eventually took care of it. They blame the yard structure delay on "supply issues" and covid. They never call to check in or show any understanding, just keep saying "supply issues"! We have to be the ones to call them! They're a big company, so shouldn't they have no supplies for any jobs then? We live out in the country and I'm starting to wonder if that's really the problem - ? Other companies don't seem to have supply issues anymore. Talking to the owner is useless and the secretary always defends her. Same excuse - "supply issues". So now we're thinking about taking legal action and

The estimate was given on 8/11. We gave them a check for $600.00 to begin the work, and they cashed it. We hired Sunburst to build a privacy wall on one side of our patio using alumawood. They said it would take about 6 weeks to start the project, but it has been 6 months now. Sunburst keeps blaming COViD and their supplier for the delay. All we have is an estimate for the job. We simply want the work to be completed or our money back. We requested a refund, but they refused to give us our money back.

I got an aluminum patio cover attached to my house. After some time, it started leaking where the house connects to it. I reached out to the installer, and he told my husband to clean the gutters. Over the years, it got worse, and now we get completely soaked when we walk out our front door. Last year, I finally had enough and contacted them for repairs. The new owners said they would fix it for $160.00, so I paid. They temporarily fixed it, but now I want them to come back and properly put the flashing where it should be, instead of filling the gap with putty. I have pictures, but they haven't responded, and I'm tired of getting drenched at my front door on rainy days.

This company is scamming many homeowners by taking their deposits without starting or finishing any projects for at least 3 years. I have proof and contact details of people who now know they won't get a refund or the product they paid for. I can give you the email addresses of the affected homeowners. It's deliberate fraud. Contact me and I'll send you the detailed information. I want my $4380.00 deposit back. They took it dishonestly without planning to do any work. Others have paid even more.

I signed a contract on October 19, to have my back porch screened in. The project still hasn't started. I've tried getting information from Dave and Jody ***, but all they say is that COVID has delayed getting materials. I asked for a refund, but they said I won't get a full refund because they've already put work into the project. They sent a generic email to customers, saying we're all waiting for materials due to COVID and thanking us for being patient. I'm not interested in completing this project anymore and not sure if it's a scam or fraud. They have a lot of local residents' money, and we have nothing to show for it after over a year.

We hired Sunburst Patios LLC on Jan 27, 2022 to enclose/screen our patio. We gave them a deposit of $3500, and the remaining balance of $3000 is due when the job is completed. They told us it would take 6-9 months due to COVID pandemic delays in getting materials, which we were fine with. However, it's been almost a year now, and they can't give us a clear answer on when it will be finished. They keep blaming supply chain issues and backlogs. We've also seen a lot of complaints in our neighborhood email network (NextDoor) from people who have hired this company and have been waiting even longer. Sunburst kept advertising and taking orders and deposits from customers in 2020, 2021, and *** despite the supply issues and backlogs. We don't think that's fair, and they should be called out for it. They need to either fulfill their existing contracts in a timely manner or give full refunds.

We signed a contract on 3/8 in good faith to have a 6x18 covered awning installed. Since signing, we haven't been able to get an estimated time for when the materials will be provided for our job. We contacted the owner multiple times and received the same response that there is no estimated time for the materials, only that the order was placed. The fabricator hasn't been able to find another source for the raw materials. We believe that Sunburst Patios LLC has breached the contract and we should receive a full refund as requested. Keeping our down payment ($1,440.00) is fraudulent and deceitful due to the inability to acquire materials.

On July 5th, we got a quote from Sunburst Patios for an Alumanwood patio ramada. We signed an agreement and gave them a deposit on July 30 to start the work. The next thing was for Sunburst Patios to submit a building permit on our behalf to the City of Prescott, AZ. We didn't hear anything after that. In early September, the owner Dave came over without telling us with another guy and said they needed to take measurements. They said the City of Prescott denied the first permit application because the city didn't use the right measurements of our property. City records say otherwise and show that the permit application prepared by Sunburst Patios was not good enough. Sunburst Patios submitted the second permit on 9/7. They told us it was approved (this time) on 10/1 and we would be put in their queue to order our materials. Then we didn't hear ANYTHING from Sunburst Patios. Today, 10/27, I called Sunburst Patios to check on the status. They told me that our materials hadn't been ordered as promised. The only person who does the ordering was sick with COVID and the office had been closed. They have no idea when our materials will be ordered. Craig the estimator promised us an installation no later than November. It's now too cold to have the concrete set or the hardscape patio fixed from this work. They said we can only get a refund for 75% of our deposit. We want a FULL refund of $3,650. The mistakes and delays are not our fault and we don't want to lose $912.50 to people who haven't done what they agreed to do.
