John Gans from Kelly Services took a statement from a rude secretary who has since retired. Gans called me on the phone and asked me to write a statement. I never knew what the complaint was about. I wrote the facts. I was fired although I had no information as to what the allegations were. The school secretary had told several lies in her statement. I had no idea about her full statement until years later.

Claimed loss: I was fired

Desired outcome: I don't want nor need to work for Kelly Services who clearly violated labor laws.
