I have been represented by KP for a Zantac lawsuit however, I am unable to get my funds from this firm. I have been getting the same stories about my settlement delays for over a year now with no end in sight. My next move is a formal Bar Association complaint and a chat with the top managing partner at the firm. Watch out for these people, they use the millions from settlements to provide income to themselves.

Claimed loss: More than $50,000 to date

Desired outcome: I want the funds I agreed to be paid without any further delays, excuses, or stories about lien search requirements. I am not expected to live much longer and my family needs these funds to survive after I am gone.
