kayaera.com is advertising on yahoo.com selling an antique 310 pc die cast car that one puts together. They state it is for ages 12+.

This is not a car one assembles as advertised.

This is not a detailed highly machined and polished parts with moving pistons, belts, gears,

What Kayaera.com is shipping is a die cast roaster, that is assembled and on the box says for age 3+.

Desired outcome: Shut them down on yahoo.

Hi, I'm Paul. I ordered the steam engine, and the old car, both to assemble. After waiting almost 3 weeks for delivery, I complained to Papal that I was not getting my order, $85 worth.

Paypal looked into it. Then i received my kits, only to find 2 AC cobras 1 red 1 blue with the SKU #'s on the boxes. Informed Paypal about false advertising, finally got my money back. While Paypal was investigating, the company kept emailing me with offers of refunds. Started at $20, and ended at $28. I just kept telling them no, $85 refund, or deal with Paypal. Lesson learned, if it sounds to good to be true.

I kept the junk cars.

They got me on all three, the tractor, the car and the jeep. Paypal did refund the tractor & car but I had to eat the jeep. Makes me wonder, does Paypal or Yahoo ever check out these companies before they do business with them? By the way that locomotive they are currently advertising is a total fake. What you see in the video is a G scale train and if you read the details it's actually an HO which is really
tiny. Also, it's advertised as being brass, that's bull, a brass model like that would cost about $5000.00.
This company is a total scam.

I was also scammed like all of you, for $94.96. Received the two junk models . Fortunately PayPal, after finally getting thru to talk to someone, was able to help me . I did have to send the two cars back, but PayPal refunded all my money, and the return shipping charges . I cant believe that PayPal and especially Yahoo, are still supporting this scam buy allowing them to use their sites and helping to scam people like this .

I was also scammed. Do not buy from this bait and switch site. Finally offered an $8.00 partial credit for a $57.00 order. I've filed complaint with PayPal and my CC company

I was scammed the same way 2021. Then they try to give a low dollar refund and you keep the die-cast crap they sent instead of order. Classic scam, do not buy from Kayaera.

Same here - I got a cheap die cast. Has anyone disputed the charge with Paypal and got credit?

I also received the same product instead of what was advertised. After several email communications with their "customer service" the most they would refund me is $20. Telling me to just please keep it...

It's a scam.

I also got cheated by this Kayaera company. I ordered 2 classic cars as advertised on their web site. They sent me 2 cheap die cast cars. I emailed them and they refused to refund my money. They asked me to send the die cast cars to them. What a joke!

They use this company to deliver the toy cars. Another scam.
