As someone who values quality service and timely updates, my experience with Emery Rose left much to be desired. Despite the appealing products, the lack of communication and unfulfilled promises overshadowed any excitement. The option to speak with a human representative proved futile, leaving me in the dark about my order status. It's disheartening to still be waiting for updates weeks after placing my order. If transparency, reliable customer service, and timely deliveries matter to you, I recommend approaching Emery Rose with caution.

I strongly advise against it! If you need to return items, it is impossible. It is very challenging to contact ***, so you are unable to return their items even if they do not fit. Thankfully, PayPal is helping me with a dispute, so there is a possibility that I will be reimbursed for my items. I had to spend $20.00 to return the dresses and had to find the address on their website. I also obtained a tracking number to provide to PayPal. I have learned my lesson and will not purchase anything from a business that is not registered with ComplaintsBoard.com. This is my new motto.

Do not do it! If you need to return items, you cannot. It is extremely difficult to contact customer service, so you are stuck with their items even if they do not fit!

I just ordered from them for the first time and had no problems. the items came in a timely manner and they were exactly like i thought they would be. the stuff is a little on the cheap side manufacture-wise but otherwise i had no problems.

I never received the dress I ordered and their customer service is a computer chat that never responds. I tried multiple times with no resolution. There is no phone number. Don't order from them

Emory ***, Nora *** Annie *** are all the same company. They are based in China, offer cheap clothing that is not the same as what is shown and then expect you to pay for the shipping back to them for returns. Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I ordered clothing from this company the PayPal registered these items paid. Emery rose cancelled all those orders stating no payment made. When I get my credit card statement I will know if it got paid, I think they are trying to charge double for items, and or just taking payments and never intending to send the items.

I ordered 2 items from them. According to the size they say online it is so wrong. I returned the items on August 14 and tried to communicate several times with the company via emails since I never got my money returned to my bank account. I even had to pay for shipping to return the items myself. I will never buy from this company again.

Actually - this was a good experience. Ordered with some trepidations given the reviews, but I was positively surprised. Delivery was via DHL and quite speedy ( about 1 week). I did order in sizes larger than I usually wear and I did not have an issue with anything being too small. Quality is passable *** definitely what I expected given the low price. I will buy again

I am not very happy with this company. the clothing is very cheap, and doesn't wash well. THE ITEM TOOK WAY TOO LONG TO ARIVE. I just open the box nothing fits right, and night looks like good quality. I AM TRYING TO RETURN THE ITEMS, AND IT WILL NOT LET ME RETURN ANYTHING. SO DISAPPOINTED SPENT ALMOST 300.00. ALMOST ALL MY PRODUCTS CAME PACKAGED FROM SHEIN. SO DISAPPOINTED

They deserve MINUS stars! I ordered socks from them. A day or so after, instead of an email order confirmation, I got an email saying I left my order behind in the cart -- which led me to believe the order didn't go wrong through. So I reordered. When I got two orders I discovered I'd been charged twice. And despite their deceiving email, they refuse to let me return at no charge or to refund the 2d charge.

Have not received my refund despite about five requests Cheap clothing which is not well-made enough for even casual outdoor wear. I sent back two of the three items I had purchased after filling out the return request, which was approved. I have yet to receive another reply (after the approval) or a refund. They appear to be located not far from my home city. But they seem to be based out of Singapore via Delaware.

I have placed 3 orders and everything was shipped in a timely manner and received within 10 days. I agree the sizing is strange but if you follow the sizing chart you will know what size to order. I don't know about the problem people had with quality but I'm guessing they didn't bother to read the size chart. I an a 10 and ordered a medium which according to their size chart says 4 -6 which in regular size chart would be a small and everything fit well.

If I could give zero stars I would. I attempted to buy 2 tops from Emery Rose for Hanukkah. There promo NEW18 which is supposed to give 18% off didn't work. Their CSRs told me to wait 24 hours. I did. Still doesn't work. But now ( since yesterday ) shipping is no longer free. I contacted them. They said they apologize. I asked how are they going to rectify it. They told me to order under a different email address. The system wouldn't let me change email addresses. Plus then I'd still have to pay shipping. They stopped answering. DISGUSTING BUSINESS!

I ordered clothing from here in the summer. The funky styles and affordable pricing drew me in. Weeks after I placed my order, it finally arrived. The clothing quality is very poor and some fits and sizing were weird. I needed up returning half of my order (paid $24 to ship it back). After contacting customer service to find out where I refund was, I was asked to provide shipping receipt and tracking number, which I did. After that I kept emailing to get a response and never did. After almost two months of them ghosting me, I finally filed a dispute through PayPal (it was smart to pay through PayPal). Within a day, I received my $95 refund from the company. No questions asked and no apology or anything. I highly recommend that you shop elsewhere. I would rather give my money to a reputable company with better quality clothing.

Emory Rose's website is poorly constructed for American usage. The first time I attempted to figure out my shoe size, there was no American conversion for it. After I complained, I notice that when I go on the site, it shoes the EUR and US size. Great. There is no way to immediately cancel an order. I immediately realized that EUR 41 is not USA 10 and attempted to cancel the order. I contacted them on FB and sent emails and followed their AI assistant to leave the message. I received emails that my message had been "escalated". I, then, received an email telling the item had shipped. WOW! The site stated it would take a day or two before they ship. I got on their AI system and got a very polite rep. She informed me it was too late to cancel the order and I would need to contact them again later to get authorization to pay to return the shoes! I asked if I placed "RETURN TO SENDER" on the package if that would work. She stated yes. Two weeks later I receive the package in a 2-day priority mail package which states "Not For Return". Two day service that takes 2 weeks when that wasn't what was even promised to begin with? Was that to make it so I could not return without having to pay to return the package? The shoes were only $30. I refuse to pay $15 to return them and want a refund and free return shipping. There needs to be a way to immediately cancel an order or at the very least don't make it impossible to refuse delivery.

I received a *** charge on my credit card from this business, I have reached out multiple times already in order to have this cancelled and they are refusing to. I am now on day 6 with horrible communication and no explanation besides "someone from our team will reach out". I explained multiple times this was a *** purchase, provided them with the last 4 of the credit card the purchase was made on, and also provided them with a picture of the transaction.

I mad a purchase on *** from *** There website states an extra 18% off your first purchase. They did not fulfill that and I believe it is false and misleading advertising. I received 20% from their advertising, but was not able to put in the extra 18% off. After contacting the company for a refund of the 18% which amounts to $11.00, *** in support said they allow only 1 coupon. They refused to make an adjustment after several attempts at reconciliation. I also included the advertising in my message. It is clearly stated at the top of their website. order # *** amount paid $65.60 Extra 18% off first order would be $11.00.

My debit card was used for three different *** on *** 3, 2022 from the *** to $221.67 ($64.26, $80.31, and $77.10). I do not use my debit card, except in the instance of a few automatic *** nor have I ever *** online from this *** so I knew it was fraudulent. I contacted my bank, and they are disputing the charges. The bank *** my debit card and issued me a new one, due to this matter. The woman from my bank, told me this is not the first complaint she's heard about this merchant. I read online that this merchant has *** others. I wanted to raise a complaint so that the Complaintsboard.com is aware, and hopefully put them out of *** so they can't do this

I ordered numerous clothing products from *** Rose in November. I gave my specific address and paid in full on *** I notified the company about not having any of my products, and they told me it would take a day to track my shipment. I then reached out again, and they told me that it was already shipped to my house, which it was not. I live in *** and they had sent it to *** They said the company that transports their clothing *** has made wrong shipments to numerous customers, so I would have to file an investigation but would have to wait to do so around December *** This is completely outrageous. The company *** screwed up, and I have to wait for someone else's *** I spent *** here. I'm looking just to get my *** not to investigate this. It's a complete circus, talking to the *** computer.

I purchased items from this organization online from their ad on Facebook. It states on it's website that if I am not completely satisfied with my purchase that I can return items for full refund. I contacted them to return 4 out of 6 items I purchased. I received an email (attached) from them that said my return request had been approved. They gave me an address to mail the package to. Since the address was close by my home, I decided to deliver the package to the location. I was told in the office there that they do not receive returns there. I tried contacting their customer service several times through their website however they are ignoring my emails. They have no customer service telephone number. Their onllne customer service is a Bot and only interaction is to request that you email them which I have done to no avail. This organization is a SCAM. All I want is to return items and get a refund.
