Kaseya North America Kaseya has been emailing me for several years

Kaseya has been emailing me for several years. I have begged and pleaded, complained, and filed a ComplaintsBoard.com claim. This keeps happening. It's crazy. Is there any way to make it stop? We haven't been their client for years, but they keep sending me notices about "my subscription". I don't know what to do anymore. It just won't stop, no matter how many times I reply and ask them to. Can someone please help me out?

We've been tryin to get in touch with Kaseya 'bout a problem we havin with our backups but ain't nobody gettin back to us. We done sent a buncha emails with screenshots showin the problem but ain't nobody from support gettin back to us with a fix or even sayin they know there's a problem. We really need someone to get back to us and help us out with this backup issue 'cause we can't tell if our customers' info gettin backed up or not.

They be chargin' an overage charge even though there be a issue with their back up services not cleanin' up files leadin' to the backups doublin'. We done spoke to support and managers 'bout this issue before and came to an agreement where they would cover the overage 'cause it was some issue on their side. Now they wanna charge us again for the same issue. We decided to not keep usin' service with kaseya anymore and reached out to them to not process any renewal of service. But kaseya says since the renewal has been signed there be nothin' that they can do, even though in their own guidelines it shows that changes to a renewal can be made before the date of the actual renewal. So we would like to cancel the renewal 'cause we no longer wanna keep usin' service with kaseya.

Kaseya North America On 03/24, our small IT biz signed a three-year Enterprise deal with Kaseya

On 03/24, our small IT business signed a three-year Enterprise deal with Kaseya. However, by 04/05, we sought to cancel due to lack of use by our clients and poor customer service. The knowledge base was unclear, and our account manager was unhelpful. Attempts to cancel via email or phone were met with resistance or neglect by Kaseya staff. They were inflexible and seemed to disregard our contract since we hadn't made any payments.
