I had a great time working with Brandon & Robert. They're super profesh in their approach. They know it's a big decision for an Rv'er to sell, what in many cases, has been a person's winter home. Brandon & Robert were so grateful for my choice to work with them. And it showed in every communication. They helped me every step of the way - title transfer, tires, prepping and towing the RV from my lot to their's, etc. My wife kept reminding me - it might be new to me but this is what Brandon and Robert specialize in. So, I put down some cash for an RV I wanted to buy from KARV
So, I put down some cash for an RV I wanted to buy from KARV. They said it was to make sure nobody else could buy it. But then they told me they were gonna use that money to fix up the RV before I could buy it. Nobody told me that was gonna happen when I first gave them the money.

They said they'd fix the seals on the living room slide and bedroom slide, they put in bulb seals on the living room slide but punched holes in it to screw it to the wall, now water can get in there. They said they'd replace the batteries because they were dead, but they only replaced half of them, so I had to replace the others. They were supposed to get me a ladder for the back so I could get on the roof but they didn't. They were supposed to fix the Gauges but didn't. When I told them I was turning them into the ComplaintsBoard.com they asked why I waited two months to say anything, I didn't wait two months, I had been trying to get these things fixed for that long.
