Four weeks and no update from Source Unknown Via Email. They replied to my first DM saying they would get back to me but have ignored my other messages.

From what I’ve seen from reviews this is pretty much how they operate. I ordered from them several times when they first launched. Spent over 1000$ on this recent order. Safe to safe I won’t be ordering again. This is either a scam or they just don’t care enough about their customers to provide updates on their orders. Save yourself the money and stress and shop elsewhere.

Source Unknown is not a brand that designs or makes most of their items. They actually get their products from Korea through dropshipping. The clothes they sell are quite expensive, but the quality is not good at all. The materials used are cheap, and the clothes tend to pill after the first wash. You might even get clothes with random brand name tags. The quality is similar to fast fashion, so don't expect anything that will last long.

If you're thinking of buying from them, be aware that it's almost impossible to return your order unless you live in Korea. So, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you're pretty much stuck with it. It's better to save your money and not buy from them. You can find the exact same thing on AliExpress for a much lower price.

Overall, Source Unknown is not a good option for those looking for quality clothing. The prices are high, and the quality is low. It's better to look for other options if you want to get your money's worth.

I ordered a tank top from the website, and according to the description, it was supposed to be made of 95% cotton. However, when I received the package, there was no label on the tank top that showed the composition of the fabric. This made me a bit uneasy, as I didn't know if the tank top was actually made of 95% cotton as advertised.

The worst part of it all was the smell of the tank top. As soon as I opened the envelope it was mailed in, I was hit with a strong odor of formaldehyde and chemicals. It was really unbearable, to say the least. I knew right away that I would never wear this tank top because of the smell alone.

To make things even more confusing, the tank top had no tags on it except for one that said "Lowburn." I had never heard of this label before, and nowhere on the Source Unknown website did they mention it. I also noticed that the tank top was shipped all the way from South Korea. This made me question the entire purchase even more. How could I be sure that the tank top was actually 95% cotton if there was no tag or label to confirm it? And how could I prove that it smelled so bad without any visual evidence?

To be honest, I'm not sure what to do with the tank top now. I don't want to return it to South Korea because that seems like a waste of money and resources. But it's also not worth keeping because of the smell and the unknown origin of the fabric. I wish I had known beforehand that there was no European warehouse due to Covid-19, as that would have affected my decision to buy from this website.

I gotta say, if you're thinkin' of makin' a purchase from Source Unknown, I'd recommend thinkin' twice. 'Specially if you're livin' in the US. Here's why. First off, they got this return policy that's just a crock. When I bought a pair of pants from 'em, I figured, hey, they're lookin' good on the website, can't go wrong, right? Wrong. 'Sides bein' too short and ill-fittin', these pants were also mis-sized, which made me mad. So I go to the company and ask 'em to exchange 'em for somethin' else or maybe find a cheaper way to send 'em back. And you know what they say? "No way, Jose". Turns out, you gotta pay to ship stuff back to Korea, which means, as an American, you gotta shell out at least $54 for international shipping (and that's with trackin', mind you). I swear to god, that's more than what I paid for the pants in the first place! And to make it worse, you only get 21 days to make the return, which ain't enough time for anyone. So basically, I'm stuck with these pants that look like crap on me, and I'm outta pocket for $54 with nothin' to show for it. All I'm sayin' is, this ain't a good e-commerce company if they're gonna treat customers like that. You can't expect someone to buy clothes online without tryin' 'em on, and then not offer a good return policy. In the end, I regret buyin' from Source Unknown and I won't be doin' it again. You've been warned.

I ordered a 3 piece knit set online. A week after I received an email stating that I needed to provide a different address which I then did immediately. Since then, I have heard nothing back from anyone at Source Unknown. I have sent numerous emails with no response and have not received my item and it’s been ages! They have charged me with not sending me my item. I live in Australia and ordered it with plenty of time before I left for my overseas trip and now, I have got no outfit and they have taken my money!
