Non existent customer service. 4 weeks and no shipping update
Four weeks and no update from Source Unknown Via Email. They replied to my first DM saying they would get back to me but have ignored my other messages.
From what I’ve seen from reviews this is pretty much how they operate. I ordered from them several times when they first launched. Spent over 1000$ on this recent order. Safe to safe I won’t be ordering again. This is either a scam or they just don’t care enough about their customers to provide updates on their orders. Save yourself the money and stress and shop elsewhere.
No item sent after purchasing from Source Unknown
I ordered a 3 piece knit set online. A week after I received an email stating that I needed to provide a different address which I then did immediately. Since then, I have heard nothing back from anyone at Source Unknown. I have sent numerous emails with no response and have not received my item and it’s been ages! They have charged me with not sending me my item. I live in Australia and ordered it with plenty of time before I left for my overseas trip and now, I have got no outfit and they have taken my money!
Desired outcome: My item to be sent via international Express Post immediately

I can't believe how bad the quality of the tailleur I ordered was. And for the price, I could have gone down to a fancy boutique and gotten something way better. What's up with that?
