Poor Packaging and Poor Customer Service
The service in the Kammanahalli Shop-Bangalore is VERY POOR.
I purchased sweets at Kanti Sweets-Kammanahalli on 13/11/22 between 4 to 5pm to distribute to my family and friends overseas. The packaging was of very poor quality and the shop attendant forgot to place the besan laddoo in the bag. I left without the ladoo and am very disappointed.
My sister on the other hand got me sweets from another branch, possibly Brigade Rd. The packaging was far better than the Kammanahalli shop.
My message to other customers is to please avoid going to the Kammanahalli Kanti Sweets shop as you will not get value for your money. The other branches are more honest and have far better service.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the missing laddoo purchase

Really it's embarassing to draft a note about Doddakallasandra Bangalore Knathi sweets branch (560062). Took sweets (ghee laddu, mothi chor and bessan laddu) from kanthi on ocassion of Duserra festival but it tasted pure 100% LOCAL Sweets with full of sugar coating or syrup. It's not about the money, matters about BRAND which really
turned odd. Not worth of visiting.

Product and it's hygiene :dry fruit burfi had an hair inside the sweet
8th may 2021 I purchased a sweets from kanti sweets, no.04, arekere village, Bangalore shop through zomato.
In my dry fruits burfi I found hair inside the sweet.
Which leads me to many questions about the hygiene and safety kanti sweets maintain at this pandemic situation.

The person in the kamanahalli store Bangalore😡 does not respect the customer nd his name is Bharath nd manager also is do rude the rasamalai guy s who s standing there is thrown the cup down in front of customer is this how treat a customer, when I said inpay extra milk nd they won't give one, no kindness to people

I am a regular customer of kanti sweets TC palya branch and have never encountered such a problem before.
I purchased .5 kg of mixed kaju sweets for gifting purpose and 0.25 kg of rose laddu for personal consumption.
To my utter shock, the rose laddu given was very old and not fresh.
I being a curious person asked my relatives about the quality of sweets which I had gifted and guess what all the sweets were stale and they could not eat the sweets.
You guys have put me in an embarrassing situation.
Will never buy from you guys.
Desired outcome: It takes years to build a reputation and few moments like these spoils everything.

Worst customer service. Today I went to kanti sweets. Picked up laddu and was waiting for 2 veg puff and 4 to 5 customers who came after me were served with what they asked for but I was approaching 2 workers and nobody bothered to complete my order. When asked, one person responded saying all others took sweets and came to his counter for samosas. I showed my bag with laddu and waiting for puffs. I had to keep back laddu I bought and walk off. I loved kanti sweets but after this I will never go to vidyaranyapura branch kanti sweets ever. Very badly ignored. I was the only female in the shop and all male customers were served and I was ignored

Unethical behavior
Placed online order at kanti sweets website. Order got placed and says dispatched.
But the item is not delivered. Contacted the customer care they said the item is delivered and gave the delivery person number ([protected]).
Spoke to delivery person he said will come in 1 hour but doesnt come and didnt respond to the call.
After an hour got a message stating that my item is delivered.
No More need of item return my money back

This is my Order id:533171.I order kaju pine at 10.30 and i received mail with all the order details and in the same mail delivery time was 12.15.
when i called to customer care at 12.40 his saying to much rush is there so we will not giving delivery on the given time.
My question is what kind of business your running.Your customer should not trouble bec of your serviec.
Today is rakhi and rakhi muhrat is till 1.pm and your customer support saying we will deliver your item on 1.30..This is not correct.
I order this item(533171) at 10.30 and i was staying in Venkatapura which is 1.4 km from your shop BDA complex but your service spoil our festival.
Really very very bad experience we faced bec of ur commitment.
Stale Badam milk server
Hi Sir/Madam,
Yesterday i.e 2nd Feb 2013 i visited Kanti Sweets located at 5th block, Koramangala, Bangalore, Karnataka.
They served me Stale Badam milk. Due to which i am suffering from Food Poising.
I request you to please have a look and take strict action against the organisation and the shop. Hope no one faces the same situation as i did.
