I ordered a part from K2 Motor Corporation that they said they had, but turns out they don't. They said they'd give me my money back, but now they're not following through. I've tried emailing and calling, but they keep making excuses for why they haven't refunded me yet. It's frustrating and disappointing.

I bought some new headlights from K2 Motor Corporation on XX/23/19. I had some trouble getting a replacement because they said I was outside the warranty. In February , I contacted them again because the headlights weren't staying in place. They said they would replace them under warranty, but then I didn't hear back for a few weeks. I reached out again in 04, but they didn't respond because of Covid-19. I tried again in 06 and explained the issues. I've been talking to them about this for over a year. Today they said sorry, but it's outside the warranty period. I don't think that's fair because I've been in touch with them since I bought the headlights. The customer service manager said the same thing. It's not right that they only give a 180 day warranty when they know the product might not last. I'm sure other people have had the same problem with this company. I just want a replacement and to be done with it.

K2 Motor said they'd be out of stock for a while and would let me know when they were back in April . But they didn't, and I couldn't find our old messages because eBay deletes them after six months. I reminded them in late 2021 that I'd been waiting for over eight months for my replacement lights, but they said they didn't have them anymore and wouldn't refund me. I paid $250 for two sets of lights that didn't work and got lied to. K2 Motor should be responsible for knowingly selling bad lights and refund me so I can get some that actually work. I've been driving with one headlight out since June .
