A claim for item not received denied ( K Jordan Question Ref # [protected]). A claim card was sent asking if I wanted the item or credit, I chose credit. I NEVER RECEIVED ITEM 517531 and because of the time item reported NOT received, (too long), hence the denial. It is unethical that I pay for an item NOT received, I WILL NOT. Now K Jordan's "closed" account is accumulating interest and late fees and waht started out $49 is now up to $115. I was assured the account was noted every call I made, detailing this situation, even collection called on this closed "unpaid" account. It's time for K Jordan to "do the right thing" and adjust charges on this closed accout. I CANNOT pay for something never received. NO ONE has offered a work around...i.e sending the item? My credit is being affected, (nothing I haven't dealt with before), BUT the PRINCIPAL IS PARAMOUNT!!!
