I was very hesitant to refinance my house because I didn't want to go through a long drawn out process. From the very first conversation, my mind was put to ease and for the first time, I was excited about refinancing my house. *** and her team worked diligently to ensure this closing was an easy process, the portal was especially simple to navigate and the team always kept me updated on the next steps. The entire team worked diligently to ensure everything was in order so the closing would be completed as quickly as possible. I can't say enough wonderful things about this team and what they have done for me and my family. Thank you!

The milend refinance company is a very professional company with outstanding customer service. I received the correspondence in the mail, I call them and a customer rep answered the phone, started the process from there. I would advise everyone to ask for a Mr. a great loan rep and just outstanding customer service. I clearly understand how great of a deal I was for them, but I understood everything and this was a win situation in more ways than one clearly for both parties. After working with three other lenders, Ray *** and Nikk *** at Milend got the deal done. In the process of doing the deal...so to speak...they were communicative, knowledgeable, upbeat, and honest. Contacting me often just to make sure I was happy and to keep me posted on the process was invaluable. I felt like both men took the time to get to know me and understood my communication style and sense of humor. In the climate, we are in today - that type of connection was also priceless. They knew their stuff and could explain the "whys" of any requests the underwriters had. Needless to say, I am happy to refer Milend and especially Ray and Nikk. I am certain I won't be using anyone else for my future mortgages.

First off, *** with Milend provided top notch service with my cash out refinance in early 2022. I appreciated that he initially wanted to look at my portfolio and goals to see if I would even benefit from a cash out refinance. I feel that most other companies wouldn't take the time to see if it makes sense, they would just chase after the fees they would collect. He was there to answer any and all questions that I had day and night. Even weekends. He is very knowledgeable on all of the mortgage processes and I had full confidence that this would run as smoothly as it did. We were able to complete the entire process and close within a month, which was incredible! I will definitely be contacting him for any and all future mortgage questions. If you are not using MiLEND, you made a mistake!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Eric W while purchasing our house. The anxiety that exists when buying a home (our first) is a lot. Add in the fact that my wife & I just had our first child (a two week old!) and things got really stressful! Luckily my loan officer was a source of stability for us as all the moving pieces whirled around us. Eric is an expert communicator. He kept us informed during every step of the house buying process. He put himself in our shoes; molding our unique needs into a loan that would keep us financial comfortable.

This company is the most unprofessional group of knuckleheads I have ever encountered. They told me that he could lock in an interest rate of ***% back in November . After nearly three months of delays with no closing in sight, they emailed me 1/11/22 that they would be closing in late Janaury or early February. This is exactly what they told me in November when they said late November, early December. Now, they are getting on a call tomorrow with me to "make a decision on my loan" after being approved nearly three months ago. All this time, I could have refinanced with a more competent company that didn't use lame excuses for reasons not to close. I will be filing a formal complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com and *** SEC and the *** This type of egregious lending is not to be suffered by any homeowner.

First I want to just saw wow! what an amazing experience we had with MiLend. we went to them not knowing what we really wanted and they took it from there. They listened to our situation and then provided us with multiple options and provided the data and info we needed to make the best decision for our finances. They even took our calls after hours, answered any questions we had, helped us navigate what was best for us. Best of all they helped us get into a 15yr mortgage and out of our 30yr! I can't say enough about how amazing they were to work with from start to finish. I would recommend them to all my closest friends and family and will be sure to work with them for any other refi or home purchase in the future. I never would have thought I would need to refinance my house in order to get out of debt. MiLend helped me with this. Morgan *** helped me with this prosses even though with me being in Forbearance it took a little longer than I wanted. But she stuck with it while reaching out to me when checking up with that. Working with her has made my first and hopefully my last refi a smooth and fun experience. She cares about what you need, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information requited to make the right decision in refinancing. I did get to talk to some of the other team like Connie *** who helped reach out to people I needed information from. Also, Kelsey Ann *** They were all easy to work with and professional. She kept me and my clients advised at every step of the mortgage process, explaining to my clients the reason for every document requested from them. Her manner was always friendly, and she was always available to answer every question we had. I am very thankful for *** professional, responsive and honest assistance with the whole mortgage process from beginning to end. She made herself available to me and my clients via any method of our choice - email, business phone or cell phone, which I appreciated and took advantage of. If anything I gave the Milend team which consist of *** and others, probably more issue than anything if there was an issue. The Milend team was patient with me as I were with them. From my experience, as long as I stayed on top of what I was supposed to do during the process of financing things can go pretty smooth. There were times when I thought to myself that this was taking a long time. Yet to be honest I really didn't want to go through another home financing venture. Somehow *** convinced me it was the the thing to do in my financial situation. At the end of it all *** and *** (pardon spelling if wrong) kept a constant contact with me through email, texting and phone call to make this deal happen. I kinda was running from the whole process but *** was not letting me get away that easy. I'm glad he didn't . Thanks Milend Team, *** and others!. Everybody was so easy to talk to, that it really didn't feel like a mortgage financing process. *** is a cool guy, the whole crew was cool and easy going. They will give you a list of everything you need. Have a fax machine , printer and email address beside you, and the process will go much smoother. My situation is a unique situation and they got me through the process. If they got me through it, they can get many through it, if said folks want to go through the process of refinancing. I do wish that checks didn't come to me, but that would've been too easy lol. You must do everything they tell you to avoid the time delay, and do it as soon as you can. Everything will work out for the best. Now to call on the Powers of *** and pay off the loan asap. OK I may need a trailer and an atv to pull it since a bus will cost too much and will interfere with future debt reduction goals.
