Business Class Tickets. Bought for travel on May 23rd from Sydney to San Francisco via Honolulu. Sold and paid for as business. My elderly sister with serious back pain called to confirm her flight and was told she was in economy. I could have bought an economy ticket on a direct flight with Qantas or United for significantly less. I would have paid with any other airline for a business class ticket and known I was getting a business class ticket. You misrepresented, perpetrated a scam and set out to defraud an innocent customer I was on the phone for over two hours on the 22nd and got offered a paltry cash amount to make up the difference. Minimal and insulting. You should be ashamed of your selves. I am taking this as far as I can to make sure people are aware of your abysmal business practices. I will report you to the authorities in Canada if necessary Canada if necessary

    Where is any trip ID which you wrote about - e-ticket / boardings pass / receipt ?

    @Complainant20091 I have all the confirmations from the company confirming the ticketing as paid for and ticketed in business. Also confirmed by the ticketing agent in Honolulu that this is the M O of Justfly. They have done it many times. They have witnessed it many times and advise all travellers to be very wary of third party booking companies especially Justfly
