JustAirTicket Ticket purchase even though I said no.

So they do this thing were they call you to verify, they ask what bank you have and suck. Then say that they will call back with the bank on the line. So they connect me in a 3 way call with first one bank or something like that. I tell them this is not my bank, the bank operator says, um hey the man said this is not his bank. The agent from justair was silent. I then told them I do not authorize this purchase as I feel unsafe with payment method. I stated this 3 times before I was hung up on. I was then hung up on. Later I received another call from justair asking me for my id number and last four of social. After stating multiple times I do not authorize I wish to cancel 6 times in fact I was hung up on again. Now the next day I called after a ton of fighting and trying to sell me upgrades they finally cancelled my flight but charged me two $15 cancellation fees even tho it had been 24 hours and I never fully authorized the transaction. Days later the $570 charge is still pending and having an effect on my financial stability for the next two weeks. As I now have $570 trapped in limbo-land.

Desired outcome: Investigate and deny their ability to operate in the US.

JustAirTicket Unauthorized booking

My wife and I were scheduled to fly from TPA to MCI on SWA on Friday, April1, with a connection in DCA. At the airport, we learned that our TPA flight was seriously delayed and that we would miss our DCA connection. I attempted to call SWA to fix the problem but instead of reaching SWA, was connected to a person who represented that he represented many airlines in addition to SWA. I should have been suspicious at that time, but instead proceeded to explain our problem.

This person explained that he could not arrange an SWA flight to MCI on April 1 or even morning of April 2 on SWA (since there were no available seats) but could get us to MCI on Spirit Airlines on the morning of April 2. I again queried whether he was an SWA employee since it seemed odd that an SWA agent would arrange flights on a competitor airline. He assured me that all was okay and that I would be reimbursed by SWA if I paid for the Spirit Airlines tickets. I somewhat reluctantly provided my American Express credit card number and he proceeded to book the flight. However he became vague when I asked explicitly how SWA would reimburse me since I had booked our tickets on Frequent Flyer Points..

At that point, my wife, who had been speaking with an SWA agent at the next gate, told me that the SWA agent had informed her that we could easily get a connecting flight to MCI through Dallas on SWA. It them became clear that this person to whom I had been speaking was not an SWA agent and was clearly misrepresenting the situation at SWA and was not, in fact. an SWA agent. I informed the individual that I believed the was not being truthful, that I did not trust him, and that I was cancelling the transaction.

I terminated the phone call with this person and immediately phoned American Express . The agent at AE cancelled the credit card transaction. Surprisingly, about an hour and a half later the flights that I had just cancelled were posted to my email account from Spirit Airline (even though the JustAirTravel website states that customers hare allowed up to two hours to cancel any transaction made with their company.) We then proceeded to book the connecting flight through Dallas with the SWA agent.

Desired outcome: Ethical transgressions by JustAirTicket agent, Mr. Danny Danko, merit consideration whether such a person should continue to be employed by JustAirTicket

JustAirTicket Unprofessional

NEVER NEVER NEVER BOOK A TRIP WITH THEM. PLEASE CALL THE AIRLINE DIRECTLY & DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I was supposed to go to Hawaii I had bought my tickets, last minute they canceled my flight when I got to the airport they told me my flight got canceled, but they had already taken out 4K out of my card. When I called they acted clueless. Because of them I had to wait at the airport the whole day. I then made them book me another flight, witch wasn't until the next day out I said okay. I had to pay doble again for my Bags witch I had already payed. But now they refuse to refund the money. They were also supposed to book my car as I got to my destination And the car rental, they told me my reservation was made on the 28th but cancelled on the 30th. I had to pay double the price at the car rental Bc there was no reservation. They completely ruined my trip . Buying tickets through them was the worst mistake ever. Still waiting on my refund for my luggage's & they refuse to give it to me.

Desired outcome: Getting my refund. Of 225$

JustAirTicket Refund

Justairticket sold us traveling tickets overseas scheduled for August 2020. Due to COVID travel bans, the flight was cancelled. In response, Justairtickets promised to give us partial refund of $825.80 out of original paid $2847.80. However the company never fulfilled the promise, which led us to file a complaints with Florida attorney general as well as Federal trade commission.
Around mid April 2021, a representative from the company contacted us via phone and email regarding the filed complaint, and offered to pay us the owed money in order to resolve the complaint. However, since that date there has not been any refund.

JustAirTicket Payment not received

I booked my flight with this agency in March, after this time for complaints, I'm not getting any response from them. Not professionals, rude staff, Bob was rude, and during this time my credit voucher is expiring without any response. Just they say contact with the airline, and airline contact with Agency (JustAirTicket) and that the situation. I lost my money with this business, don´t waste your time and money on this company

JustAirTicket fraud agents

Never book a ticket through this agency. I am a frequent traveler and I never came across such bad customer service. They just don't care to listen also.

My first bad experience was while book. I booked online and thought it was easy. Later I got a call and I was online with them changing flights, making payments, and proving my identity by sending numerous documents FOR 3 HOURS. Can you believe it?

One of the passengers in my party had to cancel for unavoidable circumstances. I called in the morning, I was told $500 cancellation fee. I needed reconfirmation so I called back again next day to cancel. They increased the fee to $750. The agent was so rude in communicating. It was very unpleasant experience.

I advise you pay few extra bucks and book somewhere else. JustAirTicket is not worth it.

JustAirTicket I highly recommend you never use justairticket

I highly recommend you NEVER use JustAirTicket.

Thinking we were saving money we made plane reservations at JustAirTicket.com, a site that came up searching under Google Flights. I checked, and the VISA charge for tickets went through. But JustAir claims that they cancelled our purchase because we didn't return their phone calls (4 made in 24 hours) all of which went into the junk category (number not recognized, message odd and unclear). They say they emailed us, but to a wrong address with their typo, so we never got that either. Only by chance did we find out the tickets were cancelled. They had given a refund but we didn't know it.

And why did we need to talk to them anyway? The guy I talked to said they needed to verify information to protect us (?), the floor manager said it was to confirm my bank balance (? It was a visa charge that went through and anyway why would a bank give out my balance?), and the guy My husband talked to said the flight price went up (too bad, we had already paid?) and they wanted to increase our fare. After cancelling our flight, they did nothing to let us know we no longer had tickets. Can you imagine my ire had we arrived at the airport not knowing that, or even had we found out when we checked in a day before? We had a confirmation email!

They say this is routine practice from them. My routine practice will be to tell as many people as possible NEVER to do business with this company.

I have a Madical condition I called them to change my flight date with no Fee or Penalty. They said please prove us Lala your Medical records and then we will help u to weave any change if there any will be. So the second day I called them again I explained them my situation why I want to change the flight date. They didn't help me at all
I am not happy with their customer support.

JustAirTicket They will not let me use my $1,230 credit without tacking on $650 in undisclosed fees and penalties!

The worst scammers ever! In nov 2015, I purchased a trip to paris. A few weeks later, paris had numerous terrorist attacks. I immediately called them to cancel my flight to paris. The rep told me not to worry, he will issue me a "terrorism waiver" and they will hold my $1, 230 as a credit on united airlines, that I can use within 12 months. I said ok. Several months later, I called to use my $1, 230 credit. They then told me it was only valid for 'my' travel, not my husband and me. I said ok. They then said that it must be for international flights only, and if I do not travel to paris, they will impose a $300 "route change fee". Plus they are automatically imposing a $300 "date change fee" ($150 for each leg) because my original travel dates were in dec 2015. I rebutted that I was given a "terrorism waiver". The agent said I should've gotten all the terms and conditions in writing and not trusted what the rep on the phone had told me. I said they never emailed me any terms or conditions; they expressed empathy about my safety concerns and told me that the airlines were granting "terrorism waivers" for concerned travelers like myself. The rep then said I should have requested it in writing from them. They are such crooks! I now have an unusable credit of $1, 230 with this fly-by-night travel agency because they insist on tacking on at least another $600 in penalties, plus taxes, plus bogus fare differences they were quoting me. They never disclosed any of this when they offered me their worthless "terrorism waiver".In hindsight, I should've just disputed the $1, 230 on my credit card when I decided to cancel my flight due to serious safety concerns. Now, 11 months later, I am at the mercy of my credit card to credit me back for something I paid for (In full) 11 months prior. If I don't get my $1, 230 back, i'll take "just air travel" to court! Dealing with them has been a nightmare. Not only is their spoken english very difficult to understand, but they are scammers.

JustAirTicket Airfare

BEWARE OF THIS SITE. THEY ARE NOT OUT OF NEW JERSEY. THEY ARE OUT IF SE ASIA. Their customer service is horrible and the whole site is a scam. I travel overseas regularly and this is my first time i purchased a ticker from them. Before i paid i specifically asked about the insurance they sell if it covers cancellations of any type and their answer was YES. They were lying. Turned out insurance only covers medical related cancellations. A week later called to change return date. On a ticket that cost me $1000 they asked $ 600 to change date. Next day i called again only this yime they asked $980.
In their contract says you can cancel for a certain fee. When i called 3rd time they told me i cant cancel and if i do i wont get anything back. They transfered me from o e person ro anotherand thats been going on for 2 weeks.
I can buy a return ticket for the date i want for $500 from any other site. Unbelievable the guts on these. I know there is a fee to change dates but the most i paid was 400 bucks with orbitz. Amd somehow the tickets they sell can't be changed directly through the air company because i tried that too. The first time i was told by Delta and Air France that with this particular dealer they can't do anything for me. And every time i call justairticked i ve been given higher and higher price to change the return dateon the reservation. I ll end up paying $ 500 through a different company for the datei want to return but will not pay them another $1000.
Another thing - somewhere before you pay for the ticket "according to them" it says that dates may vary from what you picked. So i got screwed there too.
READ ALL REVIEWS ONLINE FOR THEM BEFORE DECIDING TO BUY. THEY ARE NOT CHEAPER THAN THE BIG COMPANIES. I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW I PULLED THEIR WEBSITE. WORST EXPERIENCE AS A CONSUMET EVER. BUT I M NOT SURPRISED. THATS WHAT HAPOENS WHEN YOU DEAL WITH COMPANIES FROM A THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES!

JustAirTicket Fraud, company is a scam

WARNING WARNING. This company is a scam. A well-organized network of criminals that steal people's money. All victims should get together and do something as a group. After trying to purchase a ticket online, they called me and requested copies of my credit card (front and back) and my driver licence. Then they won't cancel my reservation after i refused to sign the electronic transaction. Hard to believe that they are still in business after so many victims. Where is the FBI and government agencies? Somebody got to stop these criminals and put them in jail.

JustAirTicket Additional charges for insurance

Right after I bought the ticket, they charged me about $60 in addition to their original quote. But, I didn't care as I didnt want to look for ticket elsewhere. I specifically asked if I could change my travel time and they said that I can do changes as long as the price falls below the cost of original ticket, else I pay the difference. When I attempted to do changes, I checked online and the ticket price was below what I paid for the same destination. I called the customer service and someone named Brian (Indian accent-difficult to understand and very rude) told me that I have to travel with the same airline which costs about $450 extra and there is another $200 additional charges for insurance. That is $650 per person and $1300 for two people. When I bought the ticket they didn't tell me any of this and made me believe that I can easily get a refund towards a new ticket from their website. When I said I dont agree with that decision, and I can get a new ticket with a little extra money, he immediately hang up on me. DO NOT buy any ticket from them.

JustAirTicket Booking of ticket from xna to lahore pakistan 09/24/2015 to 10/21/2015

this is a booking agency on behalf of qatar air lines.i booked ticket on 06/15/2015for above dates through this company for $1284/- as advertised on their web site. after charging my credit card for $1284/ they called me to pay $50.00 more in order to issue a ticket.i immediately cancelled this ticket and requested for refund.when such companies can't keep their commitment then why this company is on your list.moreover instead of refunding money immediately they kept my money for a week and upon my so many calls they refunded my money.i was very disappointed on their behaviour. they can harm your business as well.

JustAirTicket Possible identity theft .. Too much information!

We found a website called "Justairticket" that offered cheaper airfare rate from norfolk to Barcelona. After our payment and our booking, we did not receive confirmation of our itinerary although the charges were already applied. Within 2 minutes we received a call from the website agent saying in order for us to receive a copy of our itinerary, they would need the following :

1 ) a picture of our driver license and 2 ) a picture of our credit card ( last 4 digit and the signatures... Although they already have our card number)
after we provided them the above items (in picture, jpeg format ...) then she said they need a "handwritten letter" from husband saying
" i mr so&so... Authorize justairticket to charge my card". With his signature.
She kepts saying the reason they are asking for all these evidence and proof, printout copies, and handwritten letter, it is because there are so many frauds while we have no clue who this person / agent or website is and it is our first time dealing with this website. They have already obtained more information from us than any other websites ... They have basically all of my husband's identity, his credit card, his license and they want his handwritten authorization letter with signature.. This is all too much information that is extremely alarming and one should be very careful, as it could be used as "identity theft". No other website asks for so much identity information. This website had more information from us on their file than any other company. We are concerned and worried. We hope the authorities look into this website/ and in the way they manage and keep customer's identities...

JustAirTicket cancelled ticket

Pay a few extra dollars and use a real company. DO NOT USE justairticket.com My cousin and I bought plane tickets separately to go to Europe together (bought 4 and she bought 2). My cousin received emails and calls to confirm her information since a phone number didn't match on her credit card which SHE RESPONDED TO IN A TIMELY FASHION. The company then CANCELED HER TICKET, even thought she had followed their protocol and responded to their messages insisting she didn't respond properly. They will not let us cancel our tickets so we can all book together. They have ruined our vacation and I will tell anyone who will listen at my business, on my blog and from the roof tops what a terrible, unreliable company this is. So disappointing.

JustAirTicket no refund

I booked a flight with them thinking that I got the best deal and then when they call me back as soon as I made the reservation they were asking me a copy of my credit card and my ID and all the stuff and then they wanted me to print a paper so I can put all that information including my signature and that just got me really scared so before I did all that I was looking for some reviews about this company and they were not good at all I got scared so I called the company again to cancel they charge me $50 to cancel and I asked him how long it would take for me to get my refund back they said to from 1 to 3 business days is been a week and I haven't got my refund I've been calling then and they don't answer now I am scared had anyone got a refund from justAirtickets?

JustAirTicket complaint against www.justairticket.com

www.justairticket.com is a bench of blackmailers, they tried to blackmail me, as we bought tickets off them, now we tried to make changes, they are making strange excuses, they quoted me $400 for change when I said to do so then they said it would be £800 as they knew I was in need of change. They are very rude, they speak poor English, look like Indian company, when ask for the name they will give fake names like Martin, Dell, Jenny etc. Each time when I phoned them they made excuses and quoted me different sort of prices, they are not even providing me the fare conditions which is against my basic rights. One of their CSR told me the change fee is £200, next day another one said it's £300. One of them said change is possible for this fee, another one said it's not possible. Then after a long hold he said it's possible but for £800, I said for £800 I can get a new return ticket, he said ok then buy that one.
I have never experienced such an unprofessional and unserious customers services. I also contacted the Airline directly but they were also unable to help as they said to get fair conditions from them first, they will not reply to emails and will put you on very long hold when you call them, especially when I was calling from abroad. I am still in the confusion as our travelling date in near and they are trying to rip me off.
I will advise everyone not to deal with them just to save some money. I will take this matter further to the offical complaint service in the USA, either ombudsman or anyone concerned and will also mention this in online reviews so others don't get that headache which they gave me.

JustAirTicket Poor customer service

IF THERE WERE A POSSIBILITY OF ZERO STARS, THAT IS WHAT I WOULD SELECT! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
My Mother and Father (retirees) booked an international month long trip with this company. The week before they were suppose to depart my Father was placed in the hospital with a life threatening situation. The Dr stated that there could not be any travel for months. My Mother was pro-active in the beginning and bought trip insurance. Unfortunately, the insurance only covered them if something happened while they were actually on the trip. I personally then took over so that my Mother could focus on caring for my Father. I contacted Justairticket.com and explained the situation. I was immediately told that there would be no refund and if they wanted to reschedule, they would pay approx. $600 plus any difference in airfare. I spoke with someone named "Jack". However, it would appear that this company is based overseas because they are all almost impossible to understand and they only become agitated when asked to repeat themselves.
I escalated the situation when I was told that they could not help and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor, "Ron" stated that we would need to send over "proof" that my Father was in the hospital and could not travel. Fair enough...so we did as they asked. We were given an email and immediately emailed the info over. I also immediately called Delta after ending the first phone call with Justairticket.com. I explained to Delta the situation and they stated that they would refund 100% of our money with ZERO penalties. They also explained that because it was originally bought through Justairticket.com, it would ultimately be up to them to return my parent's money. They also stated that they would expect Justairticket.com to do the appropriate and right thing. Delta stated that they would notate the account so when Justairticket.com called they would already know to tell them it had been approved.
I immediately called Justairticket.com and asked for "Ron". I was informed that "his shift just ended and he has left the building." I asked for another supervisor and was told, "all other supervisors are busy."
At this point, it was obvious the type of "business" we were dealing with. Greedy, manipulative and deceitful. Myself and other members of the family took to social network to try to get this resolved. Twitter, Facebook, etc.
Justairticket.com continuously stated that they would give us a refund, but they couldn't get Delta to approve it. However, we had emails confirming that Delta would indeed approve it. Delta actually contacted my Mother and asked how they could help us. My Mother stated that she would really appreciate a full refund and would book once my Father's health was better. Delta explained that they could give the full refund. However, it would have to go to Justairticket.com and then it would be up to them to return the money to my Mother. Understandably, my Mother was distrustful of Justairticket.com at this point and explained that to the Delta representative. The representative, then explained that she could postpone the trip to another date with no fees. That way Justairticket.com would no longer need to be involved. My Mother chose to except that outcome knowing that her investment would be protected from Justairticket.com.
The even more unbelievable part is that after explaining to Justairticket.com that we would no longer need any contact from them, they continued to "retaliate" against us on Facebook. Even going as far as to post private emails between Delta and us that they had been generously copied on. After we addressed how inappropriate that was, they deleted the entire feed.
So, if you are booking any kind of travel, go with a different company. This company has no idea what excellent customer service consists of. Not once did they ask, "What can we do for you?" "How can we help make this better?"

i have never posted any reviews in my life for anything until I had to deal with justairtickets.com They show one price online and have you call them or they call you in 15 min with a price $300-500 higher. In my case I agreed to the higher price only to find out later that they also changed the layover at one of the stops, they have you sign documents while on the phone with them under pressure so you don`t catch details. I called them when I caught the mistake but they told me it was too late and that I have signed the document. I would rather pay higher price next time but I won`t be buying from them, they guy on the phone kept telling it was my fault that i didn`t read what they send me, which was a lot of documents. And he wouldn`t transfer me to a manager, so if this company have a manager I would like to speak to him/her but the way the sell tickets online is so shady that I doubt they care how their customers feel.

Worst and most rude customer service ever! Minus -5 Stars would be too much! Scam artists, bad knowledge of the English language and just out to get your money!
My grandmother recently passed and left me her dog.. I booked a flight with these people to Germany, to get the dog and needed help finding the right airlines to bring the dog back home with me.. I ended up paying more than with a regular cheap flight provider, but they told me everything was clear and ok for my return flight with the animal.. Thank goodness I checked in with the airlines just in time to find out they do NOT carry dogs via cargo.. Now I'm stuck in Germany with a dog, don't know the language and my "buddies" at justairticket.com refuse to help me, telling me that's not their problem and hang up on me.. although they supposedly have all the recordings of my phone calls with them, that would prove I was wrongfully advised and just taken for my money.. I booked a flight with them on new years eve to fly to kiev yesterday from America. 903$ not too bad a price right?well I was flying with delta and this morning being exhausted I overslept my flight and immediately called delta and was told to call just air, so I call them and some insincere ### answers, I explain to him I understand I missed my flight and was just hoping for some credit from my old ticket towards a future one.he continued to say that my ticket is worth nothing now and the best he can do is book me a flight for like 1200$ for that evening.enough said.900$ down the pipe and a lesson learned.

I agree 100%. I have come across the same situations. I have to get refund due to airline strike. airline stated that they will give full refund. Its been three long month I have not gotten the refund yet. justair says they applied to the airline to get refund. I have been calling every other day. they have every excuse in town. I am still trying to get my refund. I hope I will get my refund? I would not do business with this agent again and you do so.

I have dealt with this company before and they have a scam in place. They sell you a ticket at a certain usually low price. Then they call or email you and say they need to speak to you and that it is something to do with the ticket. What it is is they wish to do is UP-CHARGE you on your ticket price, no matter when you bought it, which airline it is, what tine of year, and so on. It is how they make extra money. The first time I never called them back, as there is no reason they need to speak to me again once I paid for my ticket. But they charged my credit card an extra $200 without my prior knowledge or consent. So the trick is to make sure there is only enough for the cost of the actual ticket on your account and no more. Then they cannot up-charge you, which is illegal to do no matter what. You can have your credit card company reverse the charges when they do this by the way. They also sent me an email asking for a photo of my credit card, front and back and my passport. Which company in the world actually does such a thing or requests such a thing. That is how your identity is stolen. There is something fishy about this company. I am flying home tomorrow using them for the first time, but the minute I land I am having the extra $200 they charged me reversed and blocking all further charges from them.

Dec 3, 2015 at 1:30am I booked a round trip reservation, submitted my credit card info and waited for my confirmation only to receive a notice to call justairticket with a a reference number. When I spoke to the representative and provided the reference number, he tells me there is nothing he can do and if I want the fare posted then I would have to re-book the reservation. When I did so, the ticket price went up $300 plus more dollars. This is false advertisement and a waste of customers time to lewd them into your false advertisement only to be disappointed. You need to clean up your act and stop wasting customers precious time and resources. Display your price up front and stick with it especially after one has submitted personal credit card info. Your company has shaken my sincerity and security in your online purchasing.

www.justairticket.com is a bench of blackmailers. Right after I bought the ticket, they charged me about $60 in addition to their original quote. But, I didn't care as I didnt want to look for ticket elsewhere. I specifically asked if I could change my travel time and they said that I can do changes as long as the price falls below the cost of original ticket, else I pay the difference. When I attempted to do changes, I checked online and the ticket price was below what I paid for the same destination. I called the customer service and someone named Brian (Indian accent-difficult to understand and very rude) told me that I have to travel with the same airline which costs about $450 extra and there is another $200 additional charges for insurance. That is $650 per person and $1300 for two people. When I bought the ticket they didn't tell me any of this and made me believe that I can easily get a refund towards a new ticket from their website. When I said I dont agree with that decision, and I can get a new ticket with a little extra money, he immediately hang up on me. DO NOT buy any ticket from them.

We have had a similar problem. On their itinerary it says if you cancel the booking that you will get between $250-$450. I had paid in excess of $1337.00 plus tax bringing the price to over $2, 000. I do not need this ticket and they refuse to refund the money. Okay I expected that they would keep part of it, but not all of it. I am a pensioner in the UK I get £400 per month, so to lose that amount of money is causing me hardship. This company needs to be put out of business. As you say you cannot get any sense out of them, or supervisor to chat to you. They are just a greedy bunch of thieves.

I bought ticket for my daughter to go back home after school is out, but it turned out she will have doctors appointment for some girl problems whilst in Ghana. So I called just air to tell them I need to cancel my ticket as my daughter need treatment and will not be able to go back home. The guy said it will cost $450 to cancel it. I went ahead and told him to cancel it since he was very rude to me. He said the refund will be processed within a week and is two months now, anytime I call in they come up with lies, a check was mailed to you or your money was posted to your bank accounts so you will get it within 24 hours. Two months no ticket and no refund.

I have to agree with poor customer service n not good English . I have my boyfriends daughter diagnosed with cancer n they are in England . We were booking a family member to go over to help with kids while she was in hospital . I finally found ticket we could afford n put in dates n bought it then after I purchased it relived they had in small letters of the wrong dates . I called immediately in seconds n the phone was on hold for 40 minutes and then I hung up and pushed a the button that said make a reservation and it was answered in two rings . I explained what happened and the guy said well we will change dates for you b/c I explained dates were set in stone. He left me on hold for 25 minutes then came back with it would cost 56. Dollars n some odd cents to change dates or 40.00 to cancel ... I said ok well found out it would cost another 100.00 on top of the cost we paid plus the 56 to change the arrival date because he only change the ticket back home dates ..finally I said just cancel it altogether because I was done with the misrepresentment and the time he was screwing around .. I have never made a resavation and not been able to cancel it with in 24 hrs and never been charged a thing let alone calling them back with in seconds of making it . It was a medical emergency and they are in military, and all the JUSTAIRTICKET .com was give us more grief . We fly alot and never will I go or recommend JUSTAIRTICKET again !.they send they will refund in 24 hrs and they haven't yet . This happened yesterday . I'll let you know again tomorrow if received . Do not trust them . No cares no pride no good service should be their subject moto .. They really don't care, .called another Internet and told them our situation and they got us a ticket two hundred callors cheaper .. Susan
