**The first price column shows the United Airlines fare: $860.33 per passenger. The very next column shows the additional $103.42 per passenger added by JustAirTicket as “Taxes & Fee,” bringing the price to $963.75 per passenger.**

The agent who assisted us appeared to be Indian. I am mentioning this only so that JustAirTicket can identify which employee handled our booking and investigate what happened. He presented himself as extremely knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy and repeatedly assured us that we were getting a better deal than booking directly with United Airlines.

After we paid and received the confirmation, we saw the additional charge ourselves.

I hope JustAirTicket management identifies the agent who handled our booking, investigates what happened, and takes appropriate action.
