free alignment check
I brought my Mercedes for a free alignment check. I had to phone first for the special appointment where the determined desk guy listed to me ask if they check all steering points and offered me to come in the next day. Completely the technician is stupid lowered the ir pressure to 35 whereas the tire max is 50psi only -5 psi for a car tire if hot. I am a auto college graduate i worked at jiffy lube what a lie Just Tires wouldnt even look at the tie rods bushings just told the tire had a tilt deflated under specs and needed alignment thief theif theif however you spell it I hate any immigrant managers.

We just bought a set of tires 2 months ago and I had a nail on my tire so the guy at the location stated that it was not reparable because the nail was too big and I talked to another guys where I used to buy my used tires for other car and they said that that should be able to fixed spatially that we just bough the tires 2 months ago so the guys at just tires want to changer me again $218.00 for one tire when we just saveed up to buy 4 tires! are the tires that bad quality and unsafe? I bought them here in laguna hills Ca
reset light after replace tpms sensor
I went to Just Tire located on 600 W Valley Blvd, Alhambra, CA 91803 today, 3/16/18 @ 8:50 to replace TPMS in the left front tire. Albert who helped me already indicated left rear sensor has battery low, but somehow I don't want to do it (thank God). 3 hrs later, Albert called saying they could not reset the light because the system could only communicate with Honda genuine tools. I need to bring to Honda dealer to do the reset. Honda dealer charged $129 on the reset and at the same time to find another bad sensor, now I did it.
I thought Just Tire is nation wide and should have done this a lot and why this time they can't. Is that the problem of the sensor?
I would ask the refund of $129 from Just Tire on the diagnoses done in Honda dealer. Both invoices are attached for reference. I spent total of $1019 in these 3 days with other services.

Date of product purchase-2/22/18
It appears that some bait and switch tactics are practiced at Just Tires-7100 Marlboro Pike, Forestville, MD. I specifically called and spoke with the manager the day prior to my scheduled appointment. Because I wanted to verify that the tires I was to purchase for installation were in stock and accurate for my vehicle. Based on the information I had previously received on 2/14/18.
The store manager confirmed via phone conversation that the tires of (which I provided the product code) were the correct tires and in stock for my vehicle. However, when I arrived the next morning for tire installation. I was told by the same store manager-Jonathan Jennings that the tires I was to purchase were not the correct tires for my vehicle. The reason I verified my purchase was to ensure a smooth service transaction. I did purchase 4 tires even though they were not the tires I originally intended to purchase and were higher priced.
**As a customer of this Just Tires in Forestville, MD for many years and having multiple vehicles serviced at this location and recommended family members. My trust has been eroded and I will no longer be patronizing this establishment.

For 9 years I have owned a PJ 26' 10 ton trailer. Every tire that has been put on my trailer since new have been from Just Tires in Garner NC. A bunch of tires. Until today (11/6/17) they have taken care of my tire needs. But today I had a flat tire, stopped by to get them to patch it and was told it was against corp policy to fix a trailer tire. For 9 years they have sold & fixed flats for me. So now it seems that they will sell you a trailer tire but not service it. Can you see why I'm pissed. It's not like I was asking them to do for free, I have always paid for everything they have done.
But guess what, I can take my business elsewhere. They won't miss my business but you can rest assured that I can spread the word on FB & everywhere else.
the level of service was beyond poor
I had to wait for over 45 mins because the employees couldn't figure out how to service a Fleet vechile. The "manager" on duty was rude and did not seem to care to help me at all. I asked them to call the 1-800 for Fleet services to get help checking the vechile in and they refused to do so, they told me I simply did not understand how it works, even thou I've had a Fleet vechile for 5 years now. Never had any issues else where. I called my Fleet service and had them speak to the manager at the desk and they still wanted to argue with me and the Fleet company. I left and went to Pep Boys and was in and out.
Installed wrong size tire
On December 1, 2015 I noticed a bulge in my company's truck tire. I purchased a replacement for it at Just Tires in Tustin, CA. They assured my that they had the correct size which was LT225/75R16. Just this week (March 28, 2016) I was contacted by my coworker, who sent me a photo of the tire, which had only 6, 000 miles on it. That tire, and the one next to it, were completely bald due to Tires Plus installing the wrong sized tire - they installed size LT245/75R16. As a result, BOTH tires wore completely bald in 6, 000 miles of driving (see photo). Most troubling is that they falsified the invoice to reflect the correct size tire, then mounted the wrong size.
Didn't do Service correctly
Beware of the scam at this Just Tires location in fairfax. Last week I brought my tires there to get a flat fixed. The guy at the desk said it would take approximately 45 minutes to get it fixed. It took the mechanic 2 hours to fix the tires. When he was done, the mechanic told me that I need to get the serpentine belt replaced, the coolant flushed, the cabin filter changed. I said I don't have time today and would bring it back next time. Two days after driving my car, the same wheel lost air. I brought it back to Just Tires and they said I must have gotten another nail stuck in there. I had to go to work so I didn't leave my car with them, but later that afternoon I decided to remove the tire myself and inspected all around, it was only that nail and no previous patch, which means the mechanic had never removed the nail, but just inflate my tires.
This place is made to rob your hard earned money. They tried to suck you into fixing other unnecessary things and improperly fix what you were intended to fix. Again, becareful with this JUST TIRES place in fairfax.

Just Tires is a very accuratte name for this company because that's where it ends. Horrible, horrible customer service. I spent $1, 200.00 on a set of tires for a ford f250 truck last year. I purchased the road hazard protection wich was an additional $120.00. Tires wobbled from day 1. I tried having them rotated and balanced 5 or 6 times to correct the problem. Yes 5 or 6 times! Finally they tell me that the tires are defective and that they are going to replace them. Great! Well they did replace the tires and i've had no problems with the actual tires since. Unfortunately everytime i go to have my free rotation and balance i get an approximate time of completion of around 1 hour. Okay, that's to be expected. My problem is EVERY SINGLE TIME it's never an hour! New customers coming in to buy tires seem to jump over me. (and no. no appointments) I can hear the conversations so i know that they do not have appointments. You see, they already have my money ($1, 200.00 and change to be exact) so they're not very motivated to do the "free work" when they can make another sale instead. This must be they're policy because it happens every time and at different locations. I will never spend another single red penny at this company and i would urge others to go elsewhere as well. I will strongly discourage anyone that i come in contact with to avoid this place like the plague. I hope you go out of business for your terrible scamming business practices.

I bought 4 new tires from Just Tires located at 18101 Saticoy St. Reseda, CA 91335 yesterday 7/21/08, just to find out that all 4 of my original tire caps was replaced by a plastic one.
I went back today to complain & inform the manager "Avo Khano" about the incident, guess what his reaction was? You came back just for the tire caps? *** yeah! It's just a tire cap, what else does you branch steal from your customers?
His excuse... "we change tire caps since its old". Freaking liar! Just Tires replaces parts for free? From metal to plastic? Why did they not inform the customer or ask permission if they want it replaced?
So moral lesson... beware!

Just Tires salesman gives acknowledgeable tire information to customer that creates a major customer vehicle repair of $595.00. Just Tire manager (Charles Eshraghi) is rude and unwilling to compromise with customer over customer concern that Just Tire employee gave unfactual advice to customer concerning tire sizes for a Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 that created major vehicle repair for customer re: differential gears/gear box, etc.
Just tire salesperson lies about the conversation with customer concerning about what was discussed regarding being able to put a different tire size on the front and back axles of a Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4.

These ignorant incompetents can't even rotate the tires properly, and they put my car and my family in jeopardy. My car has tire pressure sensors, and when the tires are rotated the on board computer must be reset so that the sensors in the tires match the wheel indicator on the dashboard. A few months after a rotation my dashboard signaled my right front tire was low--dangerously low. I checked it and the tire pressure was what it should be, so I thought it was a faulty sensor. I drove for 3 days, including interstate highway speeds until I could get it to the shop. My mechanic checked my car and said my right rear tire was 15 pounds. He explained that when the tires were rotated Just Tires failed to reset the computer. This was incompetence, dangerous incompetence. 70 mph with 15 pounds of air in a tire is inviting a blowout and who knows what after the tire explodes. The district manager gave me a well rehearsed blah blah blah which included 3 tries to blame me for the problem. He asked me what he could do to mollify me, and when I told him I would never trust my car to Just Tires again, he just said, "Call me back if I can do something." I've got a gut feeling these guys deal with complaints regularly. My bottom line: the workers are undertrained, and no one really gives a hoot about customers or their safety.
I was wondering who is the ceo of just tires since I am in the proccess of doing buiness with them and would like to know a little about who I'm dealing with. Thanks

I made an appointment for Uber Vehicle Inspection at Just Tires located Harbor Blvd.
I have done inspection in BMW Certified Dealer before going to Just Tires Harbor Blvd. Unfortunately BMW Dealers not authorized to sign Uber Inspection Paperwork. Then I drove to Just Tires location.
After 1 hour they said that my vehicle DID NOT pass the test, reason why Front Tires are low. (2/32).
This is the funniest part.
They said I have to change my front tires.
Once they see High-End vehicle they want to steal your money but they didn't know that
I already have the report. When I said you are mistaken, service advisor check front tire depth and understood that tire depth results were wrong. Then he called service guy to check again. Service guy continue lying and they went inside the office and discussed something for a minute.
After they continued playing their game and told me that depth is 2/32 you have to replace. It was too funny I just checked and confirmed that front tires depths were 6/32 (Original Service record by BMW)
They charged fake inspection's cost from me :)
Then I took my car to Firestone Location on 03/06/16. I give my car to them and guess what happened?
They said car is perfect and PASS the test.
My front tires depths are 5/32 as Firestone reported!
Then I contacted Just Tires Customer Relation Services on 03/07/16 by e-mail.
District Manager Richard called me on 03/08/16 and want me take my vehicle for another test in another Just Tires Location (Westminster). They want to make sure that measurement was true or wrong.
I drove to Just Tires Westminster location on 03/08/16 and they checked tires. They gave me NEW report indicates that my front tire between 4/32 to 5/32. Right away they refund my money.
Richard said that “If the measurements are wrong they have to TRAIN their guy that how to measure tires!
It is unacceptable! I think they should TRAIN these guys who the LIE or not LIE!
These guys have been working there over 2 years and no one can tell me that they do not know how to check depth! They just want to steal your money...
Most places will not reset the computer for you. A tire rotation is just that...A ROTATION OF THE TIRES.
This does not mean that the computer is reset.
