This insurance company is a pay-as-you-go auto insurance and has had inaccurate mileage tracking throughout the 4 months I had my policy
This insurance company is a pay-as-you-go auto insurance and has had inaccurate mileage tracking throughout the 4 months I had my policy. I finally asked to cancel on 4/24 because my account balance was -$76.66. At that time I reached out to the company to cancel my policy and was told that it was already cancelled due to that negative balance and non-payment. This morning I open the app to go pay off the -$76.66 and now the balance owed is at -$223.66. It more than doubled! I called and reached out through their app but cannot reach anyone. I'm getting charged for an account that should be in a closed status.

I just finished talking to Monique, a representative from Just Insure, Inc. She was really helpful and fixed all my problems. The customer service was great, and she was really nice. We even had a nice chat, even though I don't think that's necessary. Definitely deserves 5 stars! (:
I tried Just Insure for just 30 days
I tried Just Insure for just 30 days. I paid $30 upfront, but still had $26 left to pay. I didn't renew my policy because I only needed insurance for a short time. Surprisingly, they sent me to collections and charged me $175. They didn't even bother to contact me before taking this action.

The person I spoke with, Eatella, was patient and guided me through every step. It was a great experience and if I have any problems in the future, I know I can reach out to her again. I am content with my insurance and I intend to continue with this company. I am pleased with their service.
What a scam
What a scam. They really know how to pull off a nice little con, I'll give them that.
I put my $30 in and drove maybe 10 miles, but then my car had to go to the shop. It ended up staying there for almost 2 weeks. To make matters worse, my phone was off during that time.
When I finally got paid and turned my phone on, I was shocked to see that my $30 had turned into -$10. Figures, right? They really don't care about the poor.
But that's okay, retribution is on its way. Karma is a B. They're about to become famous.
Just Insure is a really good and cheap insurance for my cars
Just Insure is a really good and cheap insurance for my cars. I don't drive too much, so they are definitely cheaper for me. Also, I forget to turn on my trip monitor and don't calculate the miles I drove (which I do often), and they figure out the correct amount by my photo of my odometer every month. I wish I knew about them years ago! Anyways, I know now!, so, I know who to call whenever I need insurance on a car.

The one time I had a issue with the app (I admit, user error) the service I received in resolvin the issue was quick, patient, professional and courteous. I wish I could remember the names of each and every Just Insure, Inc. representative I've interacted with to give them the kudos they deserve, but you know who you are. Thank you so much for providin this 5+ star app & service!

I had issues with my old insurance company, so I searched for a new one and found Just Insure, Inc. I spoke with a lady named Antoinette, and let me tell you, her customer service was outstanding. She explained everything to me in detail, making sure I understood the policy and how it works before I agreed to the terms and got the insurance policy. I highly recommend her and this company. Not only will you save a lot of money, but you'll also be speaking with people who treat you with respect and talk to you like a human being. That's exactly what we need more of in life.
So far I'm just hours into my new policy
So far I'm just hours into my new policy. I think it's a refreshing different approach to insurance. All the sudden I had the wanting to see my proof of insurance cards. You know when or if I get pulled over. Apparently I want to know after hours. So I wait. I read some reviews that were not so kind. And I could see where problems would arise. I was assured when I brought them up or similar questions that it could be easily rectified. So my three stars will remain so until I have further proof good or bad. I need to have insurance there was a time when I didn't care. The courts have seen enough of me over things like that. I wish to avoid further instances. And in this time where money is tight and I definitely don't make enough this seems like a good fit. Let's just hope I don't have to use them I don't want to find out that I have lack of coverage or problems getting resolution to potential accidents or claims. I've thought since they mandated insurance years back they're all scandalous to begin with. Just legalized extortion like a lot of other governed to be legal mandated things they say we must comply, but keeps me out of court, keeps me from seeing a judge, keeps me from going to jail I'll go along with it. So for now I play their game by their rules in their sandbox.

Sometime we try somethin', a new service or new policy provider, etc., and sometimes those experiences don't work out. There's nothin' wrong with that, an' in the best case scenario the mismatchin' alignment is often time exactly that. The model of a product or service simply doesn't fit the individual needs of the consumer an' thankfully, we live in a world where there are ample alternative options out there to explore.
What becomes a problem, an' happens to be the problem in this particular case, is that "Just Auto" appears to be severely lackin' when it comes to personalizin' customer service an' willingness to operate proactively to resolve issues that are reasonable to assess, address an' resolve.
After holdin' a policy for barely a month's time, by the time I was actually able to successfully cancel my policy I had paid over 400.00 for insurance. $400 for a month's auto policy coverage is clearly, not gonna be a match in the long term To the point above, we live an' learn, That's perfectly fine. In order for me to actually cancel my policy, I had to turn to the chat support function within the application to be given instructions on how to dig through UI layers to finally reach the option to do so. Despite havin' been patron to this service to the extent of the sum I have been, offerin' to provide documentation to support an' verify initiation of alternative policy coverage an' havin' canceled my policy while in good standin' an' with credit remainin' (presumably to be reimbursed), over the course of just under an hour of support chat communications I was informed that my reimbursement would be reduced due to, "standin' balance" incurred by a trip made followin' enrollment in a competitor's policy.
The sum is a paltry one; the problem, is that this organization's preference is to stonewall the reasonable, factually supported circumstances of a customer's experience over takin' the opportunity to improve their service offerings an' end a professional relationship with the dignity, gratitude to the ex-customer for their patronage an' a showin' of interest an' intent to build a better service in leveragin' earnest feedback. Word of mouth is after all, tried an' true means for advancin' a user base.
Where my dissatisfaction overall is somethin' I have no problem chalkin' up to my lifestyle an' time on the road simply not bein' a match for what Just Auto provides; the customer service, retention an' absent commitment to continual improvement are a most unfortunate end to a costly an' ultimately unfavorable experience.
