I have used just for men products before without issue. Last week I purchased just for men, beard and moustache. I did a test 48 hours before application. I then applied a small amount mixed as described on the instructions and left it in for three minutes rather than five as I did not want a dark colour. About 3 hours after washing it all out twice I started to blister all over my lower face. The day after this I had burns all over my lower face and extreme pain and itching. The burns were causing extreme discomfort and I contact my local doctor who advised rinseing with cold water and using burn cream. It is now a week later and the whole top surface of my skin has blistered and is starting to peel and flake off. This product is terrible and dangerous. I do not normally have any allergies. All in all a terrible experience and I still have burns and itching after 10 days!

I’ve used this dye for years and recently they must have changed ingredients. Last month I used it and it resulted in a nasty chemical burn. Well I wanted to try it once more thinking maybe I did something wrong, but filling the instructions, and I got the same exact chemical burn across my entire mustache. It has left blisters and it’s very painful. I will not be purchasing this product ever again.

Turns hair an orange/copper shade. The gx shampoo used to work great up until late 2021 when a change in their formula, for whatever reason, had significant issues that have been highlight by almost all its users. Absolute disgraceful company that refuses to acknowledge the issue or provide contact information. Legal action against the company sought.

After doing everything instructed spot test and all. 3 days after using just for men my face burns in the areas it was applied and sores have begun to develop. they're product has burned my skin even with constant washing it won't stop. Also found out after some research that a huge majority of its users are experiencing the same thing since 2019 yet they say they haven't changed the formula. 0/10 will never use again and would recommend to others not to risk it.

I've noticed this last Several months the quantity and the quality of the beer die has gone down it doesn't last nearly as long it only last two or three days and it washes out I've tried to leave it in double time and it doesn't make any difference always run out of die before the cream There's not near enough is there used to be at nine dollars a box now it's ridiculous it seems like last year it was six dollars and some odd cents and now it's over nine dollars Getting Way less works poorly and paying way more money I won't be buying any more I've been using this product for 15 years I'll look for a better alternative

My partner has used this many times in the past with no problem. The most recent use resulted in terrible chemical burns. It is now weeping, most likely infected we have to take a trip to A&E to be accessed later. Will no doubt leave terrible scarring once finally healed. It ruined our holiday and his confidence. We also have a wedding to attend which we will likely miss now, not to mention time off work. This product should be banned!

I have been using Just for Men hair colour (medium brown) for over 25 years. I find that the product quality has declined considerably in the last few years. The colour is much lighter and washes away much faster, I have tried keeping the colour on the hair for a longer period of time, but the results are still the same, it is a very light colour and does not even last a couple of weeks.
I am very disappointed with the new product Just ForMen Shampoo-in-Haircolour. Is there anything that could be done to improve the quality of the Just For Men Shampoo-in-Haircolour.

My husband has been using yr product for a number of years stay with the same and today the poor man has had a severe allergic reaction resulting in him having to go to hospital due to the blistering and burning and having to shave his beard off his face is very swollen to the point he can't speak properly nd his face keeps swellingI want this investigated

May 21, 2021 I used just for men beard & mustache product. I did my test area 1st on my beard. no reaction I put all over. woke up around 3 am with lots of pain, blisters on my face, neck and ears. I have been buying this product for years now and im very disappointed in the packaging of less coloring in the container. I started coloring my hair and give it a squeeze and half of it is just air. Im thinking about going to look for a different hair color company or brand.
This company needs to check quality products control.
I have bought 3 times and have to buy again to finish.
What is going to be done. Thanks for your time.

My husband has used this product twice now with no problems. On this third occasion he's had massive chemical burns to the beard area that is now travelling up his face and also burning to his ears. He is in so much pain and is so worried that this will cause permanent scars to his face. We will be calling the doctor in the morning. I've given him anti-histamines and paracetamol but it just seems to be getting worse. I may have to take him to the hospital over night.

I am complaining about your beard dye product which I have been using regularly to darken or hide grey beard hairs. I am getting a very bad skin reaction to your product resulting in intensive itching and pussy welts. This is not good enough and there is plenty of anecdotal reviews on the internet with similar stories. What are you doing to resolve this in your product, you need to immediately stop sales of the beard dye until you have replaced the allergenic p-Phenylenediamine and replaced with a non-allergenic product.

I want to give you a good piece of advice . I have been using the "Just for men" without the comb in hair color for 10 years and found it easy to work with wearing the gloves and the color formula had less bad smell than the new product with the comb. I tried the new product with the comb and it did not take like the old box "Just For Men" it also had a potent odder and was a dripping mess to work with . After My second month I tried the comb in color again and it failed to take and was a total dripping mess . I never had any problems like this with the old box formula WITHOUT the comb. Yes 10 years and I will have to go to the women's department and get a better hair color than what "Just for men" is selling now. I tried phoning them - on hold for an hour. I emailed them telling them that the M-45 DARK BROWN is too dark for me. I asked them at least twice to send me M-35 MEDIUM BROWN and they keep sending me the M-45.
I cannot find an order#.
I want to cancel this Auto-Delivery! I'd rather go to a drug store and get the product I really want!

I had an allergy test done recently and found that I am allergic to Just for Men black colour/dye for moustache/beard. I have been using the dye and found that it appears to have what is called PPD (Paraphenylenediamine) which is causing itchiness, swelling around the lips etc. Its unfortunate that your company is not able to offer an organic solution like the Grizzly Mountain beard dye in your format, and have had to switch. For me, one customer is lost is one too many !

I would appreciate your feedback on this matter.

I took and purchased " Just For Men Light Brown M25" . Followed instructions as booklet and box stated. After I finished and 5 mins passed. I rinsed my beard off with warm water and shampoo. After drying and then looking in the mirror, my facial hair is dark brown/ black. I am extremely unhappy because my hair was already a light brown with grey. Now I have a black beard almost. I feel cheated and extremely upset. I need to have this removed and be the color I purchased. As I stated before the product was labeled Light Brown ( M25). Is there a salon or somewhere you can send me to within next couple of days to correct this issue.

Ok I have big problem and cant reach anyone on the phone at 800.431.2610 or cant get a response from emailing to customer support from the Just For Men website. I had started ordering with auto subscription back around January or February of 2019. I continued the subscription until 62419 I canceled it reference number 2112. I had not re ordered off of the website since that day 62419 I received an email on Monday December the 2nd order number [protected] I ordered product that day for a total of $21.37. Then yesterday December the 5th 2019 I received a confirmation email from just for men for a total of 3208 order number [protected] and it was placed with expedited shipping which was $15 alone I have never done that in the history of my ordering from just for men never. The order made on 12.5.19 was not me know since I would have ordered on 12 to 19 and reordered again on 12.5.19 I did not do that and I also did not authorize it to happen. Then I canceled my subscription on 6.24.19 my bank account has been charged every 4 weeks since then and the sad thing is I have not even received one product since I canceled on 6 24 19 but have been charged 4 times. You can simply log into the account look at the order history and tell exactly what is going on. I need your help to resolve this matter so my account doesn't keep getting charged over and over. I want a FULL refund and to completely CANCEL my account from JFM, where I dont exist in your system. When I canceled on 6 24 19 reference number 2112 and had been receiving product these last several months it wouldn't be that big of a deal but I canceled my card has been charged every 4 weeks but I have not received any product today is December the 6th and I have not even received a shipping confirmation for the order I placed on December 2nd 2019.

This product has caused my hair to fall out and red itchy spots to appear. I bought this product to cover up a few grey hairs but now I have to wear a hat almost every where I go. I never had a hair loss problem until using this product . I bought just for men at Wal-Mart about a month ago and notice about a week ago that where its been itching at i have very thin hair and red spots . My beard also haves a bald spot ..i want to know how to reverse my hair loss..pleaae ...i can not walk around with a hat on all day ..my beard I can shave but there is no way I'm shaving my head..please help

I purchased the Beard and mustache coloring last Sunday I put it on sun on the 16 on Monday I woke up and my bottom face and neck and lips and my chin was swollen I admitted my self in the ER, I used this product before and no problems, I did the skin test also no problems, but this time was a major problem, I'm sending pictures so you can see the serious damage
