Julep Beauty review: $16.95 monthly charge since october 2024.. A total of $186.40!!! No response!!!

I have been charged $16.95 / month since October 2024. I DID NOT join their Club Julep Rewards program or subscription! THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! I am so angry that there is no way to TALK to anyone to resolve this. I believe they should be prosecuted for theft. They STOLE a total of$186.40!

December 2024 16.95 This is when I realized I was being charged this monthly charge and began trying to contact them. I emailed them and received no response.

In July I emailed them again saying the following: "THIS WAS CANCELLED LONG AGO. I DO NOT WANT TIS. REFUND THIS AND DO NOT CHARGE ME AGAIN." Again, I did not receive a response. I want to file fraud charges on this company (Julep Beauty).

Please help!
