Johnson Controls – Horrific customer service (or lack of!)

I bought a york furnace 14 years ago and it was the worst decision I ever made! Apparently the company knew of a defective collector box. I, as the consumer, was never notified of same. My collector box was one of the ones that was defective, causing me thousands of dollars in the interim! I called johnson controls and spoke with the rudest man, "mark". He was condescending, sarcastic, rude and quite unprofessional. Beware if you deal with this company! I would run... Not walk away!
