Took my money and didn’t send my product
Placed a order and they charged my card product was in stock. Have not received anything and called twice and asked for help on there site. Talked the first time and they found my order and sent me a tracking number product said delivered to California. Well they live in Colorado. Called back and they now tell me they can't find my order number or even my information In there system. I told the girl on the phone I can send you all the emails that they have sent my original order confirmation, the trouble ticket with the tracking # and she would not let me. They boast 100% customer satisfaction what a joke place is a rip off and I will be reporting them and disputed the charge on my PayPal and credit card account. Buyer beware.

Vanity order online P36046
I purchase a vanity June 26, 2020 that said it was in stock and would arrive July 3, 2020. I tried calling JKeats and was left on hold for over one hour twice. Left online messages 3 times only to receive a holding # that said JKeats would get back to me in 3 days, no one ever got back to me, just receive 3 #s, tried the Chat to JKeats and the person said they are busy and someone will contact me, oh yea I got another hold # again stating they will get back to me. Finally on July 3rd Sarah contacted me by message stated the vanity is out of stock and I will get a refund, when I replied "when" No answer again. This company has NO management, the employees are running it. I want my refund now, not when they get around to it in weeks.

We've just come across your posting and want to reply with our sincere apologies for the terrible experience you had back in June. Although we figure you got your refund long ago, it doesn't make up for the disappointing treatment you received. It's absolutely not what we are known for. The truth is we disappointed a number if people this summer as many of our import supply lines became suddenly shutoff due to the pandemic. Many times we didn't receive notice that shipments promised to us would be weeks or longer delayed. Coupled with staff outages it was a tough time and we didnt get through it easily. Our sincere apologies. If there is anything we could do for you to make it up, we'd welcome then opportunity. Again, very sorry about your experience. KC Service.

Never received the product I ordered online.
I placed an order on 4-1-2020 for a DeWalt circular saw and 2 batteries, they charged to my credit card on the same day. I never received any confirmation or news and product from them, try to contact them thru email but no response, their 800 phone number no longer in service, another phone number redirect to a phishing number. Just try to get my money back. My receipt number : [protected]

Never order anything from these cowboys.
I suggest you shop elsewhere and never deal with this company.
I bought an item and never received it. It's been more than 3 months and there's still no result.
I am going to give up. I can't stand it anymore.
They have never shipped my order without any reason. I called them numerous times and each time they promised to ship it as soon as possible.
Now what I want is a refund, but I know they will start ignoring me. That's just what they are...
