I talked to Juliani motors on August 19. I wanted to buy a 2011 ***. The salesman said I needed to give a 500.00 deposit to hold the car. He said if I didn't end up buying the car, they would give my deposit back. I've asked them multiple times to give me my deposit back, but as of September 21, they still haven't refunded it.

I bought a car from Jim Juliani Motors on 9/11. I paid 27k in cash and traded in my old car. I had the car for about three weeks when I noticed oil puddles in my driveway. I called Jim Juliani Motors to let them know what was happening. Dave from the service department told me to bring the car in on 12/03. They said they saw some oil seepage, but they weren't going to do anything about it. When I asked about getting it fixed, Dave said he talked to his boss and the manager, and they said they wouldn't fix the car. I don't think it's fair that they refuse to resolve this issue.

I went to Jim Juliani Motor Cars to buy a car. The salesman told me that if I changed my mind later, they would give back my down payment. I agreed and signed some papers. I asked about the monthly payment, but they said they would tell me later. I continued signing, but then I stopped and asked them to tell me the amount. I was shocked by the high interest they were charging me. I don't speak English well, and they later told me that I had signed a paper stating that they wouldn't refund my down payment, even though the salesman had verbally assured me that I could back out of the deal and get my money back immediately. I never signed the final finance papers.

I bought a car from Jim Juliani Motor Cars less than 3 weeks ago and it's been nothing but trouble. I had to bring it back multiple times for repairs, but the dealership refused to fix the real problem. They were also dishonest about what was actually wrong with the car. This place is a huge letdown and they have terrible customer service. They didn't even do anything on their "maintenance" checklist, and when I called them out on it, Anthony, the financial manager, got really rude. Dave, the head of service, is not trustworthy at all. He'll lie about the work done on your car and the parts they bought. Trust me, it's better to avoid this dealership altogether.

I got scammed by Jim Juliani Motor Cars. They sold me a lemon car without letting me test drive it. They've been holding my money hostage for two weeks now. I received the car on the 10th and returned it on the 11th. While driving on the highway, the car suddenly displayed a "Gear Box Malfunctioning" message. I was terrified because I knew it meant the transmission was slipping. I called them immediately and explained the situation, even offering to return the car. However, they told me not to come back as they were closing, and to return in the morning.

The next morning, I drove with fear for my life as the car started behaving erratically. I almost crashed on the highway due to the car's malfunction. All I want is my refund. They took a $2000 down payment, which I had borrowed as a loan since I had just started working. I've been wasting money on taxis and relying on my friends for rides just to get to work. These people are frauds and liars. They even ran my mom's credit multiple times, despite promising to do it only once.

I'm just a young driver who had been saving up for a new car, and this experience has been the worst of my life. I'm genuinely scared that I won't get my refund back.

This car dealership scammed me. I bought a 2009 *** three months ago, and I started to notice that the car is hesitating. Then it started to slip. I called them and scheduled an appointment. When it was time for the appointment, the lights came off. When I went there, they told me that if there is no light on the dashboard, they can't do anything. But as soon as I got home, the ABS, SLIP, CHECK ENGINE, and AWD lights came back on. So, I called them the next day to set up an appointment. They gave me a two-week waiting list, but I can't wait that long. So, they referred me to their transmission guy, who is an hour away from where I live. I called their transmission guy, and he told me that it's best for me to find someone closer to me. That's when I decided to go to ***, and that's where I found out they sold me a LEMON - a rotted car. I called them to let them know how I felt after finding out they sold me a rotted car. They got upset with me because I didn't go to their transmission guy. And on top of that, they told me that if I don't find a way to take the car to their transmission guy, they can't help me. At this point, I don't want this car anymore. They said they're sorry, but there's nothing they can do. I honestly think you guys are BIG IN SCAMMING customers.
