Incompetent crooks, that's the best way I can describe this dealership. I have been trying to buy a used Audi for about one month. The first two salesman I dealt with added on a $1998 fee for guaranteeing the interior from stains and exterior from fading, along with a "professionally installed ***". I obviously said I didn't want it, but then was told "the *** said it's already installed". So, this was a mandatory option. A $1700 bank fee was also added on. This may have been true, it was my wife's first time applying for credit. I contacted the owner and *** (one of the managers) to tell them what was going on. After a few emails and phone calls, I was told the $1998 fee was not correct and that the two salesmen would be dealt with. We discussed financing, and we both agreed that my wife would find financing elsewhere due to the additional fees and percentage rates their financing was offering. Two weeks later, my wife obtained financing from her bank. Excited, we contacted *** to let him know we want to come down to pick up the car. The next person to contact me was one of the original incompetent salesmen (***). We played along, knowing this guy would once again try to *** us. I told him I needed a purchase agreement to send to the bank so the bank would cut a check. He acted like he was not sure what I wanted, so I had to clarify through several emails. I then said we wanted to pay $12900 for the car. It was listed on the internet for $13495. He asked if the $12900 was just for the car or for everything. I assumed he was referring to *** and possibly a dealership fee. I told him, just for the car. In the very next email, he stated he would take off $1000 from the price. This puts it at $12495. A short while later, *** again asks "So, you need all the numbers from us?". Isn't that what a purchase agreement contains? About an hour later, I received a picture (text) of the "numbers". This time, the car was now $13895 after a $2000 discount. Again, the car was listed at $13495 on the dealers website. On the first purchase agreement, the price was $14295 after the $1700 bank fee was added on. There was also a $999 "Theft/*** Basic" fee and $1299 registration fee. This registration fee does not include taxes. Taxes were a separate fee of $835.87. I immediately contacted *** and the owner via email, I have not hear anything from either one. Stay away from this dealership. I wouldn't trust anyone of their employees.

I was in the process of buying a car for a week, was told they would give me a call back maybe 3 out of the 50 times I got a call back hours later. I filled out the same application 2x to be able to buy the vehicle, I talk to the sales manager he finally gets everything in order and then calls me back to say he cant find the car hes going keep looking and give me a call. The man that did my paperwork originally calls me an hour later saying that the car had been sold this morning, and that the other guy was faster at the paperwork than he was and he offered more down. I couldve bought this car on a Monday but instead I get a run around and slow response time, transfer from person to person no communication about where Im at in the process I was strung along till Friday. An indisputable cluster of problems and headaches this company can create. I look forward to hearing a response from whomever.

They was very unprofessional I brought the car and once they took my money they started treating me different I ask questions they boss told me they dont need my money and he will give it back just because I was asking question this my first time buying a car so I told him he can give it back cus i dont like the way he was talking to me he then told me to leave they will send the money I told him I was leaving without my money I got my back they ask me to come back in a few weeks later and said they really wanted to get the deal done I agree once again but they didnt have good intentions they also told me if I wanted the car I gotta put 1k more down I feel this was because the boss was there again I was embarrass and they knew i was coming an hour and half away I wouldnt recommend anyone to them Im talking about the *** in

This place is awful spent 5 hours there tried to walk away twice and they all came to my car. Talked me back inside where I purchased a 2013 *** hybrid. *** my sales man never let me look at the outside of the car or the trunk. When we finally could leave at 8:30pm the car was never cleaned. I looked I the trunk the next day and there is a *** all the way around the trunk from water damage. Now also note that there is a battery back there since its a hybrid the actual battery is in back the hybrid one is in front. I had an 1 1/2 of water in my trunk where the spare tire should go. On the driver side back tire there is a bubble in the tire. Now I know they put it through a little wash and the tires shined sooooo.. the person who washed the car would have felt that bump. However, decided to let me and my son ride on our in it. This place is a joke worst experience ever. I called to make things right and all you are giving me is a free detail its not with the ***. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE

This place is very horrible all of there luxury cars are limits I paid cash for a BMW X6 the car have all type of oil leaks and also needs a new engine. They will lie and say nothing is wrong with the car carfax this in that. I took the car to bmw they told me the car needs a new engine and the previous owner already applied for one jidd motor never told me that they told me nothing was wrong with the car and when I went back to resolve the problem they kicked me out of there place of business I spent over 20k worst customer service and people I ever dealt with they kept pressuring me to buy the car also. I talked to my lawyer about taking legal action

Terrible company and terrible owner. I was blown away by the lies and their lack of care even when they admitted they gave false information. You can't trust anything they say. If you are going to buy from them make sure you have professional mechanic check the vehicle out and that you are trusting your own research 100% - They said many things that were untrue and they do not care.

These guys sold me a vehicle with about $6,000 worth of repairs needed. This was my first and last time purchasing a used vehicle out of state. They ensured the vehicle was in good condition and have made all necessary repairs. I've been dealing with the repairs since my purchase back in October. Buyer's beware. Do not purchase any luxury used vehicles from this company without getting your inspection taken care of. Not looking for any reimbursement just wanted to share our issue. This was a 2017 Maserati Ghibili. We placed a large down payment to lock in the deal, and sent me a busted vehicle which I'm sure they were well aware of the repairs needed.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! You have been warned - I wish I read all of the reviews before purchasing a car for our son. We purchased a car last February and my son drove it for about a month before realizing that there was a problem with the transmission. COVID lockdowns happened and we finally contacted SJL motors this summer when COVID restrictions lifted a little and he was driving a lot more and SJL said there was nothing wrong with the car. We called three times and they were unapologetic and not helpful at all. We took it to our mechanic and he said that we would have to replace the entire transmission sometime. Well that sometime happened March - basically JUST ONE YEAR AFTER PURCHASING THE CAR. We now have a car that does not function, the transmission is 6k to fix and we still owe about 7k for the care. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! We have a worthless car and we still owe 7k for it. Please stay away from this establishment. They will sell you a piece of garbage and then not apologize for it. HOW ARE THEY IN BUSINESS?

This business advertises vehicles that are not available for purchase. My husband called this business and scheduled an appointment for me to test drive a vehicle the next day. They sent a confirmation email saying the car would be ready for test drive when I arrived and what great service I would receive. I got there and they acted like they had no idea who I was or why I was there. This was after they called my husband at 12:01 to see if he was still coming for our 12:00 noon appointment. The dealership looked for the car, couldn't find it. The sales manager came over and apologized that they had sold the car the night before. They offered to find me the car I am looking for with a $1000 deposit. I did not make a deposit and haven't heard a peep more from them. Bad customer service.

Jidd Motors Mitsubishi Business used deceptive practices to add additional products to the vehicle without my consent

Business used deceptive practices to add additional products to the vehicle without my consent. Either lied about what the product was, or what the charge was, or whether the charge was optional. Added $10k to my vehicles price, and extended my loan term to obscure the additional charges in the monthly payment.

Jidd Motors Mitsubishi Jidd motors owner is very unethical

Jidd motors owner is very unethical. The business practices that they perform is very unprofessional and really close to a scam. I had several issues with this dealership. First, they sold me a vehicle and I know they took replaced the tires with old use tires and the thread on tires was probably illegal when I drove the purchase car off the lot. Secondly, I questioned them on additional charges such as a $369 VIN etching, which the car salesman said the was required to purchase the vehicle. Also, they added on $895 appearance protection, without my permission. I called them 5 times and emailed the salesman and I did not get any information on how the appearance protection works. So they just only care about upselling and providing no service. In addition, they removed the navigation card from the vehicle, so they can resell it on ***.
