Dear Complaints Board, You know or not to know that there have been many complaints about this company prior to 2010. You are helpful but like most advocacy organizations like BBB insurance company's, banks etc are mostly window dressing as they have little or no legal/ legislative teeth, As such copmany's like Omni continue to take advantage /rip off of honest consumers. I have been trying to contact this company for over a month to return the watch I purchased. They don't answer emails or phone call. Leaving a message is pointless, as they don't respond to my requests for contact. Now they are charging me a fee for an app I haven't downloaded nor can I use.
