I got a damaged ring. Very disappointed. Spent hundreds of dollars and one month of waiting and what did I get instead?
I called the customer service department and they said I had to ship the ring back. At my expense, by the way. I wonder why your company doesn't refund these fees. It's you sent me the damaged ring, your fault, not mine, but I had to pay.
However, it's been a month since I shipped the ring back and there's still nothing from them. They keep ignoring my emails.
I am tired of this crap. Don't use this company.

    Could you send me a link to the ring that was purchased? I bet I can find it on Wish.com or DHGate.com which is the website I believed them to buy in bulk for cheap $2 or so and then they sell it at a much higher price. Rip offs they are!
