Jawwy.sa review: Request to cancel Real Madrid zone subscription and refund charges

Dear Jawwy Support Team,

I would like to request the immediate cancellation of the Real Madrid Zone subscription associated with my Jawwy prepaid number.

The service was activated by mistake, and I did not intend to subscribe to it. I am also unable to access the mySTC account linked to my number to manage or cancel the subscription myself.

I kindly request that you:

Cancel the Real Madrid Zone subscription immediately.
Ensure that no further charges are deducted from my balance.
Review the charges already deducted and advise whether a refund can be provided.

Please confirm once the subscription has been cancelled.
