I am facing a serious network issue on my Jawwy SIM. Since the morning of 2 June 2026, my mobile number [protected] has had no network signal and shows "No Service."
I have already:
Restarted my phone multiple times.
Removed and reinserted the SIM card.
Visited three STC stores.
Contacted Jawwy customer care several times.
Unfortunately, the STC stores advised me to contact Jawwy support, while Jawwy customer care has not provided a proper solution. As a result, I am unable to make or receive calls, SMS, or use mobile services, which is causing significant inconvenience.
