Foreign objects in the pouch with pictures as proof
Needs resolving looks like mud or even worse rat dropping and I have been smoking it and making me feel sick now come to think I might have smoked it please could someone help me I have never had this problem befor so hopefully it's only a bad pouch and nothing more

Hi I need to report a problem with a duty free box of 5 packs of 50g Amber Leaf bought at Tunis Airport. I have smoke Amber Leaf for over 13 years. But this batch tastes, smells awful and has bought on terrible chest congestion and coughing. Can you let me know who I can send this batch to be tested for any toxins that may have caused my illness?

I have used your brand of tobacco for many, many years and the passed 6-9months I have been increasingly disappointed with your product. I bave noticed the standard of tobacco has gone down, dramatically. The majority of my pouch is filled either hard, shards of what I assume, is tobacco as well as 'dust' at the bottom of each packet is very fine, loose tobacco. Not compact or the same texture as the rest of the pouch. When smoked it hurts my chest. Very disappointing that the standard has slipped. Your tobacco used to be enjoyable and good value for money.

I purchased 200 Sterling dual cigarettes in Lanzarote, after opening them I realised there is no click balls in any of the pack, I tried to return to the shop and I couldn't as I had opened them. I am very unhappy as ‘Sterling dual' has only ever been with the click ball so how can these carry on being sold without them, being normal cigarettes! I would never have purchased knowing there was no click ball and I think it's terrible you can still sell this brand with that name!

I bought a pack of Mayfair originals from Joyce's ballybane Galway today and there is only a small amount of tobacco in each cigarette I still have the pack and have pictures or these I can't smoke these as the bit of tobacco in them keeps falling out. I would like if ye could replace these as I will kept this pack till I get a reply from ye.

Hi, I am a smoker of amberleaf tabbacco for many years, but of late the papers that have been with the 50g have not been sticking, this has been happening for the past few weeks, what is the point of putting papers in that are not fit for purpose, I can even send you some back, as I don't use them anymore unless I'm desperate. so not very happy, not only can I have a good smoke, but I'm wasting half of my tabbacco, so I'm thinking of changing my tabbacco.

The amberleaf I bought had more wood in it than tobacco totally unsmokeable not usually like that as have been smoking it for years n don't get me started on the cigarette papers inside which were all stuck together n unusable not a happy costumer

I bought a pack of 50g Amber leaf tobacco never had any problems before but half way through the pack I found a piece of glass and I was horrified this could have been very dangerous. I would be grateful if someone could look into this for me as I would not like it to happen anyone else.

I have found for the second time a small peace of clear rubber 5mm x 2mm x 2mm which has now spoilt the remains. It took me a while to realise that when I was inhaling it tasted awful and began to taste chemically. I only found two bits but I suspect I have smoked other bits .

My tabacco was mostly dust was 50 grams that I couldn't smoke

I brought I packet of 59g tobacco from my local Tesco this morning, whilst on the motorway I was making a roll up and noticed a block grain piece and showed my friend, she then crushed it with her key and it was mushy. We threw it out the window and googled rat poo and the same thing came up. I am very shocked as I am always buying tobacco and would never expect this especially from a local Tesco. I can't even go back to the shop as I am off on holiday. This is very disappointing as you would only expect this from illegal tobacco or cheap fake tobacco. Please get back to me

I've been a loyal amber leaf smoker for 11 years now and I feel like the quality of the papers included in the packet has went down. My rollies often fall apart, and yes I do roll them correctly. Has a cheaper glue been used perhaps? The tobacco is fine as is the papers it's just the glue used. I find people who smoke golden Virginia don't have this problem as their tobacco comes with rizzla skins which are hard to beat.

I bought a pouch of 50g Amber leaf tobacco and a few days ago and at first I just thought it was me that thought it tasted strange and left a horrid taste in my mouth, much like a chemical taste. Also as I smoked the roll up it left my lips to feel like they were burning. I didn't say anything and my partner and I share the tobacco and he said the day after does your [censored] taste odd and I said yes it does and asked him what did he think it tasted of and he said chemical and he was feeling sick each time he smoked some and I said I was too. We bought it from our local shop and they took it off the shelf behind the counter, like they normally do. It has left us feeling like we have no saliva in our mouths, feeling sick, lips burning and horrid chemical taste. We have gone to buy another pouch of 50g Amber leaf today from Morrisons and this one is not doing the same to us as the other one

I purchased a 30g pouch of Amber leaf original tobacco, it was sealed in a plastic wrap etc.
When I opened the pouch the tobacco was much more dry than usual and tasted stale.
Never had a problem until now, but begrudge paying £17 for something I had to throw in the bin.
I have taken a photo of the barcode if this helps.

I have purchased a pack of 5 Miniature Hamlet Cigars stamped B I H07 A02. Bar Code [protected]. In the United Kingdom.

I have found one cigar in this pack to be of sub standard quality which I have set aside unsmoked for future reference.

'If' the product is a genuine JR Freeman & Son/Japan Tobacco Product then I am appalled by this sub standard issue, the outer tobacco leaf wrap is showing a clearly visible paper tear and cheapens the whole product for me, I ask myself would Mitsuomi Koizumi find this acceptable as a product he would enjoy himself? I would think not.
I am also a consumer of your Pro logic vape products and find them excellent even and have enjoyed them products without fault.

I extend my deepest apologies if this product turns out to be a counterfeit product.

I have had a leaf in my pouch of tobacco its quite big its not shredded how can I smoke that in a roll up ?

On 20th October 2020, I decided to make a roll up from the 30g amber leaf tobacco i bought from Asda yesterday 19th October 2020. Only to come across this i have no idea what it is, its like chocolate brownie sort of texture. i want a full refund and compensation this is disgusting, the amber leaf tobacco have been going down lately is but this is on another level vile.

I purchased this pack of cigarettes today, I smoked two cigarettes from the pack the third cigarette as you can see from the picture which has been lit, I noticed it wasn't right, I then searched the whole pack to find two more cigarettes with the same default (a cut in the side of the cigarettes) the pack was fully sealed when I purchased it therefore the defect has occurred before being sealed! I am extremely angry as all my family members smoke these cigarettes and spend a considerable amount each week on them, unfortunately if this doesn't get resolved I will be changing brand of cigarettes I smoke and will be advising my family members to do the same
