Jacoby & Meyers - Taken Advantage and racking up fees

They keep saying that they are doing the best to keep money in my pocket. They are sellouts playing a number game. They switch legal aid like they are switching draws. They care about getting money for themselves. and their fake doctors. one Chiropractor would put me in massage chair as my therapy that didn't even work. Fake doctors. Also, you rack up more fees if your case doesn't settle in 6 months, I am having a horrible experience with them, THEY DON'T CARE. The doctors are only there to pretend and if you deny treatment because you don't think it's necessary, they said but that will make you case stronger. The reduce bills are higher than a regular doctor that actually will help. No one actually helped me. They claim to try to get as much money for you LIES LIES. They simply don't care. No one calls me to update my case no one, and it's always we are still negotiating that one bill over and over. Or My WIFI is down, but is on a ZOOM meeting riddle me this?

Jacoby & Meyers - Unprofessional

My wife was in an auto accident back in march 2021 and the other parties insurance company admitted at fault. We went to 2 chiropractor visits and 1 zoom call with a doctor but yet it's taking this long to get any compensation. Both my insurance and the other parties insurance has paid out but Jacoby and meters firm is holding on to the money. What for? To say that there working hard so they can get paid more? I've called numerous times to get answers and updates but it's even Difficult to get a hold of someone. I get the same scripted answers when I do talk to someone. This is so ridiculous and am very unhappy with how they do business. There good to get you to sign a retainer and after that they ghost you. I do not recommend this to anyone.

Desired outcome: Have my case resolved already

Jacoby & Meyers - My Case... bills, deceptive, unprofessional

Ihad auto accident December 2020I was rear ended. I was injured but thank goodness it wasn't life threatening injuries. I was done with treatment early on 2021. NEVER in my life have I been so disappointed with a law firm as I have been with this one. Normally you work with one person during the process but I have worked with 5 different people maybe more I've lost count. One person ended up no longer being an employee however I was never told. So I had been calling and leaving messages for her with no return calls. It took ME calling the main number to find out that person was no longer there. You would think I would have been notified of this...NOPE! Very unprofessional! Then I got another person who was NOT proactive AT ALL. I received a medical bill and she told me that not worry about they will handle now 9 months later they failed to tell me that my bill was going in collection and never actually took care it. Now I'm dealing with another non-proactive person for the lien on the medical bills which is the last process to get my money. This was a clear cut case; NEVER a court case! Why in the world has it taken 9 months to get results? COVID is NOT an excuse as these people are working from home! The commercial says we treat you like family. HA! They have excuses for everything, they are NOT proactive (they are lazy), they don't inform you of people changes in your case and they don't like to answer their phones! Worst experience ever! I do NOT recommend this Attoney's office at all! To many hands in the pot and not enough results

Jacoby & Meyers - I have not received any compensation

My name is Phyllis Gilmore, I am complaining about your staff bad conduct that had my case for two years. And have to solve one thing. Every time I call I get no answer. Lawyer and clients to work together, this is accident and injury my phone number is 951-224-9438 I have to ask for break down sheet they offer me a break-down sheet but I never received, they offer me 15000 without any paper work.

Jacoby & Meyers - Did not do their job!

I was in an accident towards the end of 2019. I was hurt and my officemate hooked me up with J&M. They send me to a chiropractor and during my treatment, J&M cut my treatment off so they can "negotiate" with the other insurance (Progressive) of the woman that hit my car. For months and months, I did not hear from them, not even a response to my email...

I recently settled a case with Jacoby and Meyers for $75, 000 out of that monies I only received a little over $16, 000. After looking over the disbursements I realized that I was charged for things like color printer paper and postage, also for medical services. I signed medical release forms for that, I should not have to pay for that amongst other...

Jacoby & Meyers - Bad customer service

Customer service seems to be a lost art. This Law Firm is a nationwide firm and makes nothing but money off its clients but seems to have lost the first step to any business (Customer Service) I called them for some support on a matter broad casted over the television but all I received was attitude, I'm sorry that I wasted my time with them. Next time Ill not listen to the commercial and will use local support...Lesson learned.
