They kept charging my business credit card after I had canceled advertising with them they were sneaky about it they were charging me every 3 months so I didn't notice until I was trying to buy toilet paper and water with this Coronavirous found out they had made 4 separate changes after I had canceled

Total scammers. They promise 30 days and you'll show up on the front page of Google. Well... It's been almost 90 days and so jumbled up. Worse than when I started. I knew I should've hung up on them. They're just telemarketers that pretend to make 1...ONE landing page for you. And they suck at that. So, no thank you.

I am just getting all my ducks in order. I am new at the social media thing. So far so good as for connecting all my components and then putting them to work for me will be another update for you all. I don't play when it comes to a company promise to deliver. So today I talk with *** she was good and were explaining me everything what I was asking for her service Im giving her 5 star but I was kind is disappointed with the booster ad that they run on my page I found it was looking so unprofessional and they just picked any random pic from my dashboard So I was wanna request plz try to make *** promotions appropriate so people can understand what is promotion is about

rip offs they tell you one thing and do right the opposite. I've was with them almost 2 years and decided I really didn't need the excuses or the run around BS anymore so I let them go. I owed them nothing and I was under no contracts but they still have been a pain in my backside for almost a year after letting them go. They have *** my *** page up more times then once and have done nothing but harassed me with their emails and 10-15 phone calls a day. I will not recommend them for nothing. I'm really blown away to see that they are rated an A+ with all the bad reviews and complaints. I'm on ComplaintsBoard.com as well with no complaints or bad reviews in two years and I'm rated a B+. Don't make no sense."

Im a brand new small business owner. I was contacted by AD IQ within days of being the new owner. I felt deceived and if you will love bombed by the way they manipulated me into thinking I had to sign up with them. After realizing everything they do you can do on your own very easily and at a price of $1500 I just couldnt swing this as a new business owner. They refuse to let me out of this contract nor will they refund me my $1500. After 6 weeks of dispute I still do not have my refund nor have I received any services from them. I feel like Ive been extremely taken advantage of and stolen from. This should not be allowed to be done to small businesses! Clearly many other businesses agree with me given their review score here on ComplaintsBoard.com is 2.5!

This company is a scam in my opinion. I'm 2 months in to a 3 month minimum contract with Ad.IQ and yet still not verified by *** I call them *** near daily and get excuse after excuse basically putting the blame on *** They claimed they sent off for verification post card from *** at least twice and I've received nothing in the mail. I sent off for a verification card and got it within a weeks time. I gave them the code and didn't hear anything from them in almost 2 weeks of giving them the code. I happened to be calling them on another issue and was then told my verification code was invalid. They called themselves giving me there social media service for free which is hot garbage to say the least. Only traction I've gotten is twice a rep from *** list sister company on there vulture s*** trying to get money out of me as well. NO actual calls for my TV mounting business! This company and everyone like them need to be shut down. ?

If I could give this place - stars I would. Do not do business with this company if you do you will regret it! I signed up with this company to help me move up in the Google rankings and they had a 90 day guarantee that stated they would help you do just that. After I signed up with this company I started getting calls from other states around the country asking me for my Auto Repair service. I called them a number of times with this concern and all they said was is wasn't on there end. I thought it was something I was doing wrong so I asked them for help. AD.IQ offered me there premier $499 package that was a disaster. later they try to say the issues we were having showing up in other states were due to that premier $499 package we signed up for. After I explained to them we were having the issue before the package they totally denied it. I recorded and took pictures of my ads showing up in other places as proof to them an they no longer denied the issue after a week debate i told them I wanted a refund and all they wanted to refund me was half? Don't go through what we did stay away from this company!

I had been Ad.Iq for 3 years paid bill on time never late or missed payment even tho they kept posting pictures that were miss leading. My Name is Dr. Michael H with All Natural Healing Med Ctr in Sarasota Florida. Ad.iq kept posting pictures of people getting couples massage. We don't do couple massage and we are a medical clinic not a spa. I got new credit card processing in which I had to change banks. So there was any issue with my bank not knowing who they were n held payment. I never got call about the issue. Well two days agp they post another couple massage picture on the ad they did on my Facebook account. I call them n they person says I am dropped b/c of payment which I had never missed one in 3 years even when they were making the same mistakes over n over. I talk to the billing supervisor n he says they have had several conversations bout the issue with me n dropped me. It was a complete LIE and they keep records n record phone calls to which I ask him to show me when they talked to me. Which he couldnt n said they needed to part ways n hung up on me. I see why they have terrible rating n only reason I gave them 1 star bc no option for 0 stars.

As an owner of a small business, we rely on companies like Ad.IQ to operate with transparency and integrity. We were promised top three under *** maps. That was promised and never delivery. 2nd, after comparing services currently in use, AdIq fell short in all aspects. We decided to terminate our relationship with them. Usually when you no longer use the services of a company they remove any work completed on your behalf. IE they added an appointment link to our main *** listing and a telephone number that transfers to our business number. These were left so when customers would call they wouldn't be able to reach us because the number was disconnected. The appointment link, redirected and customers would get a warning that their information may be stolen. No expectations were set when we terminated their services and the woman we spoke with was quite possibly the rudest customer service representative i have ever spoken with. I want to warn other business owners of their shady business practices, lack of integrity, blatant lies, and vindictive practices that happen when you decide to release them from your payroll. PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION BEFORE USING ANY SERVICES THEY HAVE TO OFFER.

This company was absolutely awful to work with. They cold called me for months wanting to "verify my google business listing" and when I finally engaged in the conversation, got talked into their SEO package and I was under the impression they would be promoting the website I already made and liked. They instead made an entirely different and much less attractive website, which really only generated calls from robots. When I told them this and expressed that I wasn't happy with the website they made and asked to cancel my account, they offered to upgrade me to a premier package at a discounted rate. I initially agreed and saw the "upgraded" website before signing the new contract. The new website was even worse. I emailed them to say that I would not sign the contract and to please cancel my account. They never responded to my email and continued billing me monthly. At this point I needed to step away from dealing with them as it was a constant frustration being put on one hold after another and never being allowed to just cancel my account without more sales pitches. Finally last week I thought I had gotten them to cancel my account, but was stilled billed and continued receiving phone calls (at 7:30 on a Friday night). I think, after being very stern and persistent, I was able to cancel my account with them. I have wasted thousands of dollars on being in contract with this company. They are shady and manipulative. I will also being calling my bank to put a stop payment on this business because I don't trust that they will actually stop billing me. There are millions of companies that do SEO work. Do NOT waste your time or money on this company. They are truly horrendous.

I received a cold call (repeatedly) from ad IQ a couple of months ago. I was sold *** optimization and social media ease, along with increased revenue from exposure. I will say, did get my *** business up and running. However, the good pretty much stopped there. They built a sub-par landing page that advertised the wrong services (services that can only be done by a physician-not a wellness coach) and while I spoke to a wonderful woman in my first few days with them about social media, nothing was done for social media-except making them admins. I reached out via their dashboard with complaints, received a phone call several days later asking if there were other changes that needed to be made (I had also called them a few times with no luck). I told this guy that other than what I wrote about in my request there weren't any other changes. The changes were never made. Yesterday, I called them to terminate my contract and conveniently the finance department was always busy. They finally called me back today and let me know it would be $400 (half of what I still owed) to terminate. Now I am a VERY small business so this is a lot of money for me. When I confronted *** about the lack of services and changes to the landing page with incorrect services he called me a liar and said that their tech guy had a different story and that I never requested changes. In addition to this he told me that he could "sling some power" around and get the changes done now that I was speaking to him. I was appalled. If I have to call and wait 24 hours to speak to the finance guy to get any sort of service then clearly this is not the company for me. I don't understand why anyone would want to work with the company. Clearly they simply cold call small businesses, make empty promises, *** them dry of money, and then charge them to cancel the services, that never took place. This company was supposed to make my life easier and they have been nothing but a thorn in my side. Clearly they have created a racket that works for them...take money, provide zero services, take more money to end the pretend services. If you are a small business, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. Invest in a small start up marketing business who will gladly do the work for the same amount of money.
