So, I ordered a watch from Jacob Time and it came just like they said it would. But, I gotta say, they messed up when it came to getting everything in my order. They didn't follow up with me after I told them some stuff was missing, and now I don't even care about the free gift they were supposed to send me. It seems like they didn't even want to give it to me in the first place. Maybe they didn't have any left and just didn't want to admit it, or maybe the people packing my order just didn't know what they were doing. Either way, it's a bummer.

Jacob Time is a great place to shop for watches. Their website is easy to navigate and the prices are good. I ordered a few watches from them and was pleased with the experience. My vintage, 45-year old, Seiko 6139 Pogue chronograph is still working and is more accurate and reliable than this Tissot. It's really sad that a watch that is more than 4 decades old is still working better than a brand new one.

Overall, I would not recommend Jacob Time or Tissot to anyone. The customer service was terrible and the warranty didn't cover everything that it should have. It's really important to do your research before buying anything online.
