I got a tax loan advance through this company. After my return was spent and I stopped using the card, a large unauthorized transaction appeared and overdrew my account. I proved through my own transaction history that the charges weren't me and so far they've denied me 4 times. I will continue to push because this was not me and I proved it. I dont recommend them because they refuse to resolve issues.
Claimed loss: Im over 300$ overdrawn on this card which theyre trying to make me responsible for and will affect my credit or take money out of my pocket.
Desired outcome: I want them to review my evidence that was provided, approve my dispute and close my account. And maybe offer something to make up for the stress they're causing me. And an apology.
