Jackpot Joy Jackpot joy poor slots payout ratios confirmed

written by Milesns134 on 21/05/2023

POOR PAYOUTS CONFIRMED BY ROXOR/GAME SYS EMPL0YEE so been on this site over 15 years. 8-10 years ago the site was awesome good payout ratio. Random firework bonuses a game called Black and RED you use to win a good amount. all stopped. A friend who works for Game Sys and Roxor as said the SLOTS ARE FIXED. TIKKI ISALND AND DOUBLE BUBBLE are the worse ones as they are the most popular these 2 slots are set at 80/20 payout ratio which is very poor. Jackpot joy is regulated by the gibralter gambling commission who have been previously investigated for corruption. All i can say keep away from JPJ they are sham artists. Yes its called gambling and you win some you lose some but 80/20 ratio isa joke. Best example is double bubble bonus where to mat 3 bonuses. I PICKED 2 MINI ,2 MAJOR AND 2 GRAND ICONS MEANING I HAD 5 SQUARES TO CHOOSE FROM THEN I GOT A 2 X200 3 X40 COINS £4 WINS ABSOLUTE CON.ALSO BACK IN THE DAY WHENIT WAS A GOOD SITE THEY USED TO NAME THE WINNER AND YOU COULD SPEAK TO THEM IN CHAT. DONT DO THAT NOW AS ITS FIXED NO ONE WINS THE JACKPOT. SITE NEEDS CLOSING DOWN AND INVESTIGATING. JUST LIKE PPI CLAIMS PEOPLE NEED TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK.

Jackpot Joy Delivery of post that was unsolicited

Every few monthst I received completely unsolicited mailing from Jackpotjoy regarding taking part in their Bingo. The last mailing was received on Friday 26 May 2023. I have returned previous mailing by post to request being taken off their mailing list to

I have never had an accout with them, despite the mailing indicating a user name of Meur47, account number [protected] for use with an account that I never applied for.

Logging on to their website using this user name is not possible as I have never opened an account.

Upon requesting a temporary passwortd to my email address does not result in an email to allow me to login and then close the account.

This indicates to me that the mailing is purely an exercise to encourage me to open an account which I do not want to do.

Anything you can do to stop this repeated unwanted mailing would be much appreciated

Desired outcome: Anything you can do to stop this repeated unwanted mailing would be much appreciated

Jackpot Joy chat hosts

Four years Ive been on this site 4years!, I happened to become close friends with a host on Jackpotjoy and she revealed a few secrets not a lot or any players know. Firstly:
When a chicken appears as a chat game and the chat host explains a 'random player will be chosen at random out of the room. This is actually a host picking a player who they know of or feel 'deserves' win. She went on to explain that on media games that are played, random players that get chosen are also the hosts choosing the number in which a player falls on and they choose to win.
Following this I have noticed that upon entering a chat room hosts manually comp players (just give them FREE bonus money because your friendly with them, but this does not show to the whole chat room it is between you and the host.

so my question to you all that read this if chat host have the ability to choose who gets randomly chosen in a room full of hundreds, what else do Jackpotjoy employees have control of?

I have noticed with this site, you have no privacy, I have been followed by a chat host into a room that the site claim hosts are forbidden to enter, I have seen hosts use a screenname(a name they use which enables them to blend in with other members and stay in a room without anyone knowing they are in the room). WHICH leads me to think when the same bingo winners keep appearing are these people chat hosts using screen names? JUST how much control do Jackpotjoy have !

I worked for Mice and Dice up until last year, which is the Company the Hosts are part of. They don't just do Jackpotjoy, but Sun Bingo, Heart Bingo, Virgin Games, Caesars and Fabulous Bingo too. Most hosts stick to one site, but some tend to float around on several of them.
Anyway, in response to the complaint. I'm not sure who you spoke to, but this person was feeding you false Info I'm afraid. The Randomiser, which takes the form of an animated chicken laying an egg is indeed Random. The host can set the criteria for it, such as Ticket holders only, or active Chatters for instance, but they can't choose a players name. It will pick someone randomly. As for the games as well, the bonus winner is completely random too.
While Hosts do indeed have player accounts, these are for testing and familiarisation purposes only. They are forbidden to participate in the games and if a host does use their account to play, this can lead to them losing their job. They also have to declare their account, so the company is aware of the username.
As for the same person winning multiple times, it comes down to simple maths. Say you have a room of 20 people, but only 6 are holding cards, you only have a small selection of players who can possibly win. Now, say 5 of those players are holding 6 cards, while one is holding 60, statistically they are more likely to win multiple times, since they have more chances to win per game. The reason a host will not point this out, is simply because this could be viewed as encouraging players to spend more money, which is something they are not allowed to do.
A host will generally have by and large, the same visibility as a player in terms of the games. They can't see into your account or hold any influence over the games themselves.
Hope that clears a few things up.

Randy is automated so chooses the player at random in the room, the host has NO control over this at all!
With media games, the Host again has NO control over the computer and who it picks other than they have to be a non recent winner on media games. The word ones the positions are given PRIOR to the game played, so again can't be "fixed" to who they want to pay. Hosts are not allowed to play the games, so the bingo winners are real and if you really believed this you wouldn't still play on that site! And the site is well within the rules and regulations, so if this was the case they'd be closed! But as they've been open over 10 years I'd suggest that is false what you've suggested there.
Hosts do give money to members - I've seen them do it, when a room is quiet, but the host comps those that have chatted with them as a thank you for not ignoring them, but the majority you will find don't have favourites.
I think the Host you spoke to didn't know their job really, as majority is totally false!

i asked jackpotjoy to close my account down. They did not do this and kept giving me small prizes to entice me. i have lost thousands (uk) since i asked them to close the account.
they are scammers and have told me that i was lucky not to have lost more!
on calling them originally after i won a large amount and it did not show up in my account (scam) they said they would close the account down as asked, they did not.
i have a full transcript of all conversations and ms conversations. At one point i lost my temper and used the f word. REPLY from them F+. that should give you an indication of the people that you are dealing with
If any one can point me in right direction for a court claim (any money won would go to charity) please email me. rawsondel@hotmail.com

Jackpot Joy prosecution for nothing

recently i have been a victim of fraud . I went through all the right routes i.e. contacting the bank etc. But recently the company that the charges were made to have been contacting me saying that they will be taking me to court about the fraud. My bank have said that the charges where fraud and i agreed that they were fraud . The company however doesn't think that it is fraud and therefore is taking me to court to prosecute me because my details are all correct on their site and that there is over 15 accounts with my details on i did say to them that i didn't make any of the accounts but they don't believe me . I did tell them that my identity could of been stolen but they didn't really care.

All this becasue i want my money back from the fraud

What can i do about this as i don't want to be prosecuted as i haven't done anything wrong.

thanks

annie offord

Jackpot Joy Rip off

As a regualr customer on jackpot joy, a bingo site that i really did like as in cornwall there isnt much to do. i logged on on sat night and they have a pre buy option, i pre bought my tickets which cost £37 and usually let it run and join in the chat. each game costs abou £2 they had a technical fault so only the pre bought people could play so the prize money went from £120 houses to £5 when a few of us complained we were told we shouldnt have pre bought. after about 20 mins the tech team fixed the problem and i won 2 lines and a full house .woooooo that was about £60 but my win didnt register. i was told to phone the HO which i did and was told i would get a responce in 72hrs. then the pre bought tickets we had bought disapeared. i again rang up and was shouted at by the customer care people. to date still no responce or refund or winnings have been paid.

Jackpot Joy no get withdrawal

They accept my creditcard with I paid money (euro's) for playing bingo. After a few days I want to withdraw 100 euro. but... that can NOT back to credit card (!?!?!?!) and con NOT by cheque because a cheque can NOT be in euro's (!?!?!?!?!?)
I'm complaining about that since 2nd of December.
Nothing happened. Now my account is stopped by them. I can not make any connection.
I was reading the rules and don't understand why they can not pay me back at creditcard. Or by cheque in euro's and when it is NOT possible in euros, o.k. I accept pounds aswell. But it looks that they DONT WANT TO PAY: ONLY 100 euro.
Here now a part from ther rules:
6.7 Withdrawal Payment Requests

You must submit your withdrawal request for payment with a preferred payment method, either credit card payment, cheque payment or bank electronic transfer. Withdrawal payment methods are made available subject to the active deposit method. If your active deposit method is credit card then you can withdraw by credit card, bank transfer or cheque. If your Active deposit method is debit card then you can withdraw using bank transfer or cheque.

It is the sole responsibility of the player to submit the correct bank account and sort code details for payment of winnings. The Operator cannot repay incorrect, successful payments due to incorrect details provided by a player. If payment is unsuccessful, the Operator will investigate and notify the player and request corrected bank account details. Unsuccessful payments will only be credited to a players account once the Operator has been notified by its bank payment processor that the payment has been successfully retrieved. You can only withdraw to Neteller if it is your active deposit method.

Jackpot Joy False advertising

I have been a registered user of gaming site Jackpot Joy, for 1 year, of that year, approximately 8 months playing. Jackpot Joy actively advertises an 'average 95% payout rate', my query/complaint is, as a player with over 10k+ in losses over 8 months playing (yes should have cut my losses a long time ago..)...the statement 'average 95% payout rate' what does this actually mean and on what findings is this statement based on? I (obviously wrongly) assumed the statement meant on average expect a 5% loss on any monies staked, however, based on my own account and others I have spken too, I would have to now assume this statement means 'expect on average a 95% loss'. I fully understand my gambling is my own responsibility and they are by no means leagally binding themselves by claiming an 'average' payout rate, I do, and am sure others also do, find this statement extremely misleading tho. I have contacted Jackpot Joy twice now regarding the basis of this statement, have yet to receive a reply. As a company audited in the UK (another statement claim on their site) surely they should be able to back up this statement with relevant facts and figures, rather than openly stating a rather random and misleading fact in order to pull in unsuspecting and rather niave customers. Do they have to (every day/week/month/year) evaluate their payout rate in order to be allowed to actively promote this fact on their site or are statements like this allowed to be aired without any regulation or backup findings? Any advice on whether this is a case of false advertising would be very much appreciated.

From what I'm reading. It's seeming all to true. And upon finding out about my partner since 28th Dec to today has spent £5, 548 yes and that over nearly 4 months and only a win of £100 is insane. And what's even more annoying is that she has no idea I know this. And as far as she is aware I'm none the wiser regards it. And what prompted me to question this was the amount of money she earns and gets but constantly needs to borrow money from me. And you wonder how I know this information. Well as underhanded as it is I kinda guessed passwords for phone and the bank login via app. Found this out in black and white. And to be honest how would any go about approaching this matter with her..?! anyway this is my post on the subject. So people do not get sucked in.

Its gambling, the local slot machine does not pay you back 95% every time, it has to be averaged out. If it wasn't what is the point in putting a quid in to get 95p back? Defeats the object of gambling. JPJ has sacked plenty of money from me but know your limits and stick to them. Keep playing to once a month to a set limit. I don't know if it's a correlation but if I don't deposit for 2/3 month and play £40 I can easily end up over £100 last night I deposited 30 and withdrew 420. But there have been other times I've been raped. Its just luck.

Totally agree i used to play bingo on there i swear they have fake accounts playing seems to be alot of the same people winning and if i won that much i wouldn't need to play it anymore, I've been left with max (60 tickets) with 4 1 to goes for over 8 numbers and someone with 6 to go will win hardly seems real to me given this person won on the other bingo game i was on a moment ago and won that to.

Jackpot Joy Terrible experience

As a regualr customer on jackpot joy, a bingo site that i really did like as in cornwall there isnt much to do. i logged on on sat night and they have a pre buy option, i pre bought my tickets which cost £37 and usually let it run and join in the chat. each game costs abou £2 they had a technical fault so only the pre bought people could play so the prize money went from £120 houses to £5 when a few of us complained we were told we shouldnt have pre bought. after about 20 mins the tech team fixed the problem and i won 2 lines and a full house. Woooooo that was about £60 but my win didnt register. i was told to phone the HO which i did and was told i would get a responce in 72hrs. then the pre bought tickets we had bought disapeared. i again rang up and was shouted at by the customer care people. to date still no responce or refund or winnings have been paid.

I have just read on this site that jackpotjoy is going bust, well in one way that answers my question, I play fishing frenzy on a regular basis, but over the last 4 weeks I have put an awful lot of money into jackpotjoy, and it hardly pays out any money at all,you can not get the bonuses on any denomination, I think that they have taken them off altogether, it would be nice to say that I have won a tenner, after all the money that

I have put in, after reading a lot of the posts here,I am beginning to understand that they are all true

Yes the same thing happened to me on Jackpot Joy, I won on Secret Of the Phoenix, by the Phoenix appearing on the 3 blocks and it stated i was a big winner and then I checked my balance and it was the same, I then told the host who was making a mockery of what I was saying and trying to ignore it and said refresh the screen, I did not have the winning screen as I was continuing with the game, so that transaction Id was lost . but the balance of credit remained the same. then another chatter in the chat room said open another page which I did and checked the balance on that screen, this was the same, I was not paid my winnings, so I complaint to their online chat at customer services, who did not know what was happening, hence I called in they took my details and checked my history and said I had won nothing, JACKPOT JOY is a very bad company and fraudulently not paying it customers when they win. I can understand why?, but after some research I came across many articles stating the company was in trouble and is making heavy losses. I will complain to the ADR, then the Gaming Commission, then My credit card company, all in turn.

Jackpot Joy Unable to cash winnings £450. from Roulette

I have had trouble with 'JackpotJoy.com' or 'profiable play' its other name, I traded £30. and got £30. 'GBP' free as a bonus.
I tried some gambling, then settled on the 'roulette' wheel for 4 hours or so, I gained £450. GBP (real money)
I then tried to cash some of it, a message said I had to spend £265.00 GBP before I could withdraw any money, so I played on, I then tried to cash left overs of £100.GBP to which the message still said I had to spend £265.00 GBP?
This is a big scam its very unfortunate. I won that money fair and square.

I won £750 in bejeweled blitz linked game bingo then i went on a slot game and 1st spin i won £125. while registering i put in a made up name that i use in quite a few forums and because of that they are refusing to let me withdraw my £875 winnings. They said they will give all the deposits Ive made, which is only £120. It's not fair. they accepted my visa debit quite happily and I have sent them a message saying i will send passport ect to prove it's me playing. heard nothing back yet and it doesn't look hopeful...

I've had problems trying to withdraw winnings - not a great amount - less than £100 but they wont let me withdraw without sending proof of my idenity - e.g. bank statement, driving licence, etc, etc.

They're happy to take your money but try to find every excuse not to pay out. I wouldn't recomment jackpotjoy to anyone.

I won 3000 pounds in JPJoy's roulette. I kept on playing and eventually lost everything. I was playing on betting on red and black. I won up to 3000 and kept on playing slowly. Suddenly the roulette decided that every colour that I bet on, the result was the opposite colour. I tested betting on RED all the way, and yup, the roulette's outcome was exactly the opposite for the next 20 times I bet on that colour. I have tested in on RED and BLACK. I have also tested it on alternate colour and the outcome also goes alternate.

If it is not fixed, how would that result be like that?

JACKPOTJOY IS A FAKE. FIXED GAME.

For God's Sake,

Are you so naive?
How can you blame Jackpotjoy for this?
If this was a genuine communication from them would they have used a Hotmail address?

I THINK NOT!

Best Wishes
