Poor customer service and harsh customer handling
Hello,
Hope you doing good. I would like to complain about irresponsible answer from your staff. Bus No:AR01H8565, on the date of 3rd Dec, 11.10 from chennai to Bangalore. I understand it’s pouring outside so my seats are so wet, when I asked for the adjustments their answers were like sleep on it. Which is not tolerable, I got the proof of the seats. So please sort me this out with solution or refund.

KA01AJ0322 Bus contact details Ph-[protected] Name-Riyaz. This bus has not picked me in promised place. Also I have wasted my auto charge of 500rs in that raining situation. Driver is more than 55years old. And I dunno how they allow an old men to drive the bus. Which is against the government rules.
Desired outcome: I want him to call me and apologies to me . Or else I will raise a severe complaint against the travels with all proofs.

I will booking a ticket at bangalore marthahili to chennai at non ac seater . In marthahili it mention pickupvan/bus. 10 40 one bus will came to pick up at marthahili to madiwala its on ac sleeper. In this driver says one breath can use 4 peoples in this corona situation. That travels do like this.

Bus timings and delay
Hello,
My bus should start at 9 PM. But it didn't even started by 11.00 as well abd i am waiting near location point.
I called to contact provided for office, it was not a responsible response from them.
And driver is not attending calls at all.
Such a regret to choose this travels.
Please rectify or intimate earlier.
worst quality of bus and staff
you promised a volvo bus from Chennai to banaglore at night 111:00 PM, but it was a normal seater where not even the push back was working.
My dropping point was Marathahhalli, but I was dropped at silkboard forcefully as they told that the bus will not pass Marathahalli.
It's the worst journey I've ever had. I will not recommend Jabbar to anyone .
Highly unpunctual, lousy service
i had one of the worst travel experiences with ur bus service from chennai to bangalore.i boarded at central on 9/1/12, the time given was 21.45 for departure, the bus only left at 23.15! that too only after i told them tht it was high time they make a move! the reason given for the delay was.. the seats were not filled up!then at around 3am at krsihnagiri he stopped for an HOUR .reason:tea break! The stop promised was majestic but he dropped at kalasipalyam. the bus was also filled with mosquitos n badly maintained. i vow never to travel by jabbar! my sincere advice to u guys looking for online booking ..plz do not chose jabbar!
