Poor quality
No matter how much you love the photo of any dress--do not order from Izy. The details of the dress I ordered indicate that the embellishments are beading. The embellishments on the dress I received are bright, gold, shiny sequins--hideous. Instead of the skirt having a simple, chic line made possible by the flat pleats, the dress I received is gathered all the way around. I could be pregnant and no one would know. The skirt was sewn on crooked making the line of the embellishments crooked. The fabric is cheap, similar to that used in a wedding veil. Instead of champagne, the color I received was yellow. Izy customer service said that the dress I received was 90% close to the photos I sent. I would say it is 10% close to the dress I received. And, besides, where in their ads do they say you can expect the dress to be CLOSE to the photo, rather than being exactly like the photo. Customer service responses have not addressed my main concerns and only offered me a 10% discount on my next dress. Who in their right mind would order a 2nd time when the quality of the first was so bad and when Izy doesn't have the integrity to stand behind their merchandise and make it right--in customer service's words, "because of the minimal cost." I tried to write a review of the dress I ordered on the Izi website and it wouldn't accept the confirmation code no matter how many times I tried.
Mother of the Bride dress
Firstly with the dress I ordered they advised didnt have that material so I chose another colour which on arrival was absolutely cheap and awful including the lace. The garment is so big and I look like an elephant. They just email me saying to take to a tailor. What can a tailor do and why should I! The garment was just over $200.00 and if I had looked at the reviews just wouldnt have gone there. Such scammers they are in wanting our hard earned money. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN SO OTHERS WONT SUFFER THE EMBARASSMENT OF SUCH AN OUTFIT PLUS THE LOSS OF THEIR MONEY!

I ordered the Sheath/Column Bateau Knee-length Lace Mother Of The Bride Dress with a satin bow on the left side of the waist. Item Code: #ED7770 As pictured it was off white/champagne - absolutely stunning!
Dress they shipped was orangey pink! The lace was what you would find on a cheap nightgown. Color and quality were not the only issues. The length was mid-thigh, on my 5'2" frame. (Photo showed mid knee length.) The waist was 4" too large. The sleeves were huge. I am 5’2 and 120 lbs. The dress looked like a cheap Halloween costume.
24-hour Phone Help line [protected])is rarely answered. Also tried Live Chat and email to [protected]@izidress.com. Apparently the only English phrase they know is NO RETURNS - NO RETURNS FOR ANY REASON. They refused to provide a mailing address. DO NOT ORDER FROM IZIDRESS!

Refund dispute
I ordered three dresses from this company. The dresses can in three sizes too small, this was an error on the companies behalf . I have been going back and fourth with them on several different occasions and nothing is done, I have sent them pictures, measurements, and so on. They still have me jumping through hoops. At this point I just want a refund, which is a $300.00 US order and be done with this company.
Please help me.
I had a similar problem with them . the size of the dress that I ordered was 5 inches smaller. the same day of the arrival I e-mailed them about the problem... Well! not only they didn't accept their mistake they also were very nutsy that made me very upset...They advised me axaxa to take it to a local store and spend 5 dollars for the alterations.. they also accused me of sending the wrong measurements.. I tried to explain them that even the seams didn't have enough allowance to open them up, , no results they suggested to return it but I would have to pay 70 dollars for shipping and they will refund me 50% of the amount that I paid . and if I don't want to . to try to sell it double the price of my cost ...so I can make money... It is getting better... I stopped communicating with them I took it to a person to fix it they wanted 250 dollars.. and they were right it needed tremendous amount of work... I receive another e-mail offering me 15 dollars if I keep it.. I ignored it a couple days later I receive another e-mail offering me 20.00 dollars and keep it...to me they are a bunch of thieves .. offering good prices to attract buyers and give them clothes from whatever company, if there is any... I wont let go of them .they don't even respect the international laws . I have saved all their e-mails and I have all the pictures inside and out... the dress was for my daughters wedding .. they game a lots of grief, , and I will never forgive them...

Please do not from this company. They do not send any papers with the purchase or anything if it doesn't fit. So you will not get any money and it really makes me mad. I am out of $ 120.00. Besides that the dress was not the one I ordered and it was about a size 6 not a size 8. Carol
Due to identity theft, I rarely make a purchase online. However, prior to purchasing anything online, I always perform a search, i.e., in this case "IZIDRESS COMPLAINTS". Shown below is a search for izidress complaints:
I purchased a dress online at IziDresses. I ordered according to their measurement chart. I placed my order with a live chat at IziDresses named Katherin. I initially sent several emails inquiring about the ETA for the dress. No one answered the phone but I did a live chat and again spoke with Katherin. When I finally received the dress it was about 8" too small across the chest and was shipped from China! I immediately began calling the customer service # for several days. It just kept ringing so I did a reverse directory search and found the area code to be in Canada but there was no # found that matched the customer service # on their website. So I tried a live chat again and this time I got a message that there isn't anyone available and I could expect to hear back in 24 hours. I finally received an email from customer service supposedly from IziDresses but the email came from CJessica at lacewigsbuy@hotmail! I had to take a picture of the dress using a tape measure to they could see the size discrepancy. They finally got back to me and told me I could return the dress but no mention of a refund or how much. I checked with FedEx and the shipping cost along to China was approx $130. So, I certainly can't afford to spend more $$ to ship it back than I paid in the first place. Please tell me how to proceed with this company and this dress.

poor service, extra charges
Caution if you live in European mainland, UK or Ireland you should pay customs on top of the original price and shipment costs.
So be careful and always add about 50% of the original price + shipment. A dress of about €100.00 will eventually cost you about €150.00.
Plus it was one week on hold before they informed me that customs charges have to be paid.
I haven't seen the quality yet but when I read other participants feedback I don't have much faith in the quality either.

Order # R2017082772967240. I order a dress for my son's wedding in October 2017 and dress was not what I expected, please refund me back my purchase money. Dress was order in August 2017. A replacement dress will not be accepted due to the fact that the wedding is in October 2017 and a new order will not be possible in time.

The dress is too small and I don't really like the quality of the dress.
I like to send it back and get a refund.
Product doesn't match pictures
I think the evening wear dresses are fine, since you know exactly what you are getting (the pictures shown are of the actual dress you are buying).
But be vary careful with the wedding dresses, since they show pictures taken from expensive wedding designers' websites. This is not the dress you are buying! The dress I bought only vaguely resembled the picture - different colour (white, not ivory), different fabric (embroidered not lace), different cut (much more of a fishtail!) etc. The izidress version is a cheap knock off of the dressing the picture and will look nothing like it.
My mum bough two evening wear dresses from them and they were fine though.
Non delivery of product
I order an evening gown from IZIDress. The price was not cheap to me. It was reasonable for the gown I wanted, almost $200. I paid with my credit card. I communicated with their customer service about the measurements I was going to send with my order, being that I wanted to make sure the gown would fit. I must confess that I did not research the company before placing my order. Bottom line, They took my payment, and never delivered the dress. They said it would take 15 to 18 days. It has been almost 3 months and I have not received my dress, a reply, a phone call, anything from them. They stole my money. DO NOT do business with them. Furthermore, they are located in China, which means that the odds of me getting my money back, are null.

I ordered two customized dresses, one for my daughter and one for me, from Ezidressbuy. They had so many absolutely gorgeous dresses, it took us a while to choose and couldnt wait for them to arrive. What horror when we opened the package. We have not only lost $AU500 but trust in ANY online shop. Here is what we have been SCAMMED about:
1. DRESSES ARE NOT AS PER PICTURE
-The Teal dress in the picture has a satin belt in the waist. The dress we received has a chiffon belt!
-The Teal dress in picture has the embellishments sewn under beneath the belt, the dress we received it stops about 2cm above the belt showing the bright creme bodice backing!
-The Teal dress in the picture has a skin/nude color bodice backing, the dress we received has a bright creme bodice backing.
2. DRESSES ARE NOT AS PER PRODUCT DETAIL
The Royal Blue dress was supposed to be in JERSEY fabric, the dress i received was made from cheap, thin, shiny trilobal/polyester fabric.
3. CUSTOM SIZED BUT TOO SHORT
The Royal Blue dress is too short. I cannot wear any shoes with it
4. EXTREMELY POOR WORKMANSHIP
On both dresses not enough embellishments was sewn on to cover the bodice/backing on the upper part of the dress. By doing this it changes the complete "look" of the dress. The embellishments where also not applied evenly over the bodice, leaving the dress look unfinished on one side.
5. POOR QUALITY FABRIC
The Royal Blue dress - The fabric had thread rips, it looks like a cat got his claws into the fabric, probably caused by poor packaging. The embellishments ripped into the fabric because no protective layer was put in between when it was packed.
As i have said, both dresses are for my Son's wedding ! I have chucked both dresses in the rubbish bin as im aware that i cannot return it because it was "custom" made and with the research on the company i have now, i know, there is no chance in hell to recover ANY money. However, this company is steam rolling the internet with all the "gorgeous garments", making a fortune and nobody can stop them? I have noticed a few other websites with the same web design layout, which immediately made me suspicious. They obviously operate more than one website, imagine the deviousness. Makes my skin crawl . . .
never got order
Placed an order on March 3, 2013 for a dress for my daughters wedding. Had searched for 4 weeks and found the specific color and style I wanted on their website. The company promised delivery by April 5. Delivery date came and went with no dress and no communication. Tried calling their customer service number on 4/5/13, which repeately rang and rang, eventually going to busy signal. Tried to email, but computer could not reconfigure to get an email through. Finally got on "Live Chat" and was told by "Rita" that they had to contact the manufacturer and would get back to me in 24 hours. Follow-up never happened and I tried again on April 12, only to find out the "24 hour Live Chat" could not be reached! Tried again on April 13 and have been promised reimbursement within one week.Based on their previous commitment, am not holding my breath. If you need a dress for a specific date and event, this is NOT the company to use!
I order a dress from IZIdresses early May and received it promptly. As soon as I opened the packaging I noticed that it was stained right on the front mid section, the flower on the jacket could have been cutout by a small child, and the lace edging was unfinished in many locations. I notified them immediately and they only acknowledged the damage to the dress the seond week in July. It is now the end of July and I have already missed the event for which the dress was purchased. I asked for a full refund and they offered $ 15 at first to the final offer of $ 35. this negotiation was ongoing until last Friday where I indicated I wanted a full refund and didn't want to keep this dress but to return it to them as it is useless to me. They declined for me to return the dress and give my any other refund stating that they had to pay for the material even though their website states that if a dress is damaged or defective they will provide a full refund - they will not and they will no long communicate with me
I ordered a Mother of the Groom dress and waited a couple of weeks until my out of town daughter was in town to give it a thumbs up or down. It is too small anyway and it got the thumb's down from my daughter. They will not let me return it. $150 down the drain.
Last year my wife a daughter used a Chinese company to make a prom dress. That one was late and did have some issues once it did arrive. My advice from that, if you can get is done in the US and have to pay a couple hundred more it's worth it because they are generally going to be running late. The other option is to order it for delivery 6 months before you really actually need it. Either way it's a pain as we will not do that again but I understand why you did. I think a month to get is unrealistic though.

This site offeres designer dresses at reduced prices. I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. When it arrived, it was stuffed in a shoebox size box. The dress was a gown stuffed in that little box. The workmanship was awful and the dress was not like the one pictured on the website. Trying to obtain assistance from customer service was a nightmare and I basically had to threaten them with telling everyone I know on the internet how awful their service and product was before they would offer a refund. After advising me of a restocking fee and the fact that the dress had to be returned via a carrier that could provide a tracking number, the expense of returning the dress, made the prospect unacceptable. Do not order anything from this website! Their prices are cheap and that is because the quality and service you will receive is cheap!

They are the worst! I received my dress stained all over the chiffon. They told me to clean it and would not refund any money.
This came from a factory in CHINA, not the UK. I am usually smarter when it comes to scams, but I wasn't this time. I will pursue
this till I get my money back. I am relentless when it comes to this [censored]!
I wish I had seen this site before I ordered from this company. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I was shopping for a wedding dress and found a beautiful dress that would have been perfect (see the first image). I received the dress in a crumpled bag and when I tried it on it was poorly made and not even close to the measurements they indicated on the website. I tried the dress on and it was, well, the pictures I am posting say it all. You can see how poorly made it is and my seamstress wouldn't even try to fix it. I complained to the company and tried to return it for a full refund. They would not allow me to return it saying they made it properly, but they most certainly did not. Now I am stuck with the piece of trash dress. I can't even give it away. I only hope that this company goes out of business soon. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
SCAM COMPANY - I ordered a dress for my mother in law for my wedding, it did not come close to fitting, I spent $177.98 and they offered me $5.00 refund and 20% discount. This company deliveres horrible cheap clothing.
Well let me add my complaint to this site. I just received a mother of the bride dress and I am ashamed of myself for falling for this. I would not wear this dress to a costume party. It's awful. The qualify of the fabric, workmanship, etc. I emailed customer service and I'm sure I won't hear back. I will be contacting my credit card company and will not be paying for this.

Ordered dress and when I got it it was of poor quality and not an accurate size. I did not read the return policy and you only have 2 days to request a retrurn number form them before you can send back. Contacted customer service and they said to was dress to soften it up where it was not fitting correctly. Lost over $180 with them. They should not be allowed to sell in the US.
Dealing with this company has been the worst online shopping experiences I have had and I strongly advise anyone not to order from this company. Quality is poor, colors are wrong, sizing incorrect. i ordered 2 dresses to Germany. Sizes and quality are a nightmare and i want to return bothe dresses now. The customer center is unfriendly and apparently refuses to tell me how to proceed; German law however is clear on return policy. If you sell on a German site, you havge to accept returns. Can anyone help me with a return adress or how to get them to accept returns ?

Do not buy from them they are a rip off, don't fit and don't refund under any reason.Are rude when contacted and use cheap fabrics.
I was looking for a red dress for my son's wedding! I was so excited when I saw the dress online. I am a Women's Plus size and was excited they had my size. The dress came and I was impressed how they packed it and they even put the dress inside out. However, the dress is two sizes too small even though my measurements were within theirs. Their customer service is horrible and even the live chat! They told me they added more material so it could be altered! Hello...how can you alter when you can't even zip it up! The bust was way too big, which has never been my problem. I, too, didn't read the return policy but assumed because it was their mistake they would return. It has been a headache and they want pictures of my measurements and so forth. Before I read these reviews I was thinking if I returned the dress I probably wouldn't get my money back. Then I am out a dress and money. Their reviews are all positive. I even wrote a review but after 4 days still not posted. After reading these reviews I am not going to pursue it anymore with them and try to sell on my own or find a consignment store. I am sorry that there isn't anything anyone can do. But I know I will certainly let everyone I know who want to order not to order from this company. I also sent them an email telling them all this. Not that it will help or anything...

I made the same mistake. Just received what was depicted as a swim coverup. It is tacky, sheer and nothing like the photo. Never again! Pure unadulterated waste of my money and it would cost too much to return. Just NEVER use them!
