ISPC review: Water softener equipment ( 1 comment)

I bought this system when I moved into my new home, I have been having issues with power outages. In the beginning the system was auto reset, no problems. Then one time the power went off and I had to call the company to send someone to fix it, $139.00 ok! Now if it happens again within 30 days the service is still covered, but if it occurs after the 30 days have passed then it will cost you another $139.00 for them to come back! Now potentially ( imagine) the power goes off for 1 hr every other month that 1 he could potentially cost me somewhere in the neighborhood of $800 per yr. This is in addition to the monthly payment I am making still? I do believe that this corporate theft from unsuspecting customers, they damm sure did not mention all these extra fees when they sold it to me! Can you say SCAM?
