International Specialist Eye Centre [ISEC] Insulted by Dr Adrian Tey

1st time went to ISEC for eye check up on 4th Feb 2017 due to eye lid muscle weak trouble. After consulted Dr Adrian, did some tests and got some eye drops, asked to go back follow up 4 weeks later.

4th Mar 2017 go back for follow up, informed dr Adrian eye lid weakness no improvement, dr Adrian recommended to see other doctor but that doctor is not around today. I asked to waive off today's consultation fees due to not received any true medical advise from him. Dr Adrian had huge reaction and started a series of loud scolding, including but not limits to mention he is not a god, repeatedly saying whatever recommendation he provides I would have money concern. I simply feel that the 1min talk without medical advise does not worth RM125 consultation fees at all but the way he answered is a huge insulting. He should knew my main concern from the 1st visit, not to waste my time and money to asked for come back 4 weeks later without a solution/proper checking if the right doctor is around.

He then asked what I want, I said perhaps once of his recommendation of doing a Electromyogram test by Neurologist in Island hospital might help, at least this is a scientific method to know the result of eye lid concern that I am concern about from the 1st day I consulted him. He then write me a referral letter to go Island Hospital but look at how he write on the referral letter especially the last para "thanks for your assessment and exclude any neurogenic or even myogenic causes." What is he trying to lead the Neurologist before a test/consultation even started?!

His words are insulting and the letter are useless, wasted time and money (paid RM 25 to so called facility fees) for nothing.

I would like to demand for refund and apologies.

International Specialist Eye Centre [ISEC] Strabismus surgery damaged my eye

I went here for strabismus surgery and it was a horrible mistake. The technique uses causes lots of SCARRING to the eye, because they do not perform the incisions behind the eyelid. My eye looks permanently red and inflamed now. I did this surgery to fix my crossed eyes and now I have a new problem! I'm so sad that I have an ugly eye for the rest of my life... :( And it was avoidable as well.

Dr Fong did not tell me there would be permanent damage... UNETHICAL! Why is he performing a surgery that causes a lot of scarring?!

Please make sure your surgeon does not use a "limbal incision", find a good surgeon uses fornix or minimally invasive strabismus surgery (MISS).

I started working as a aprenties carpenter with ISEC hier on 10-15-99 foreman was anthonie rengetee.
on 06-10-06 I was promoted to foreman, those were the happyest days of my life. my wife and family was very proud of me. being the forman at genentech was like a drime come true working for the worlds biggest tech-bio company recofiguring there laboratories to make better use of emty space.
there was another forman name henry martinez that was doing very bad things, drugs during work, taking laboratory furniture to the ricycle center for cash during work hours, going home early and get for a full day.
one day the office calls me to tell me that im just under bugget on my projects. i was very surprise, i went to the office and found out that henry was adding his time and other carpenters to my projects for the last three months. thats when I told on him to my superintendent anthonie rengetee. all he told was walt just let the water run on the river these time. one week later I was fired for lack of communication with no warning, or wrighting notice. so there every time I think about it, I get sad but I live it up to GOD to give me stringth.

I notice this guy didn't put his name on this review he sounds very disgruntled.I guess as a carpenter he is not very good or he would be working.Maybe he needs to get a job at wallmart.

Ive worked for that mother###er and him same as Vince, Wade and Sean are all a bunch of ###s and pussies. They are scared of losing their position. So if you know more, are a better (carpenter) installer, they get rid of you. As carpenters they're worth ###. Even Dave Chisdick is an ###. But I guess the company likes this kind of people because they can control them how ever they want. They like people that are ### suckers, and if you are a good one you climb up the ladder, like all there other foreman that they have as their favorites.
Ken Zad is awesome as well as Scott Koerber, they treat people with respect and get the job done. Unfortunately I didn't get to work too much with these guys, I learned a lot from them.
