Irvine Company review: Towed my car and damaged some functional things

I have been a resident in woodbridge willows Irvine, and irvine company is the owner.

Recently they introduced some parking allowances to each household residents that if you park out of your covered parking space you need to have it hung up or to register your car to prevent it be towed. Although my car was registered that night but they still towed my car!

They started this silly investigation of residents car every night and pick up some cars randomly to have them towed at the midnight or early morning around 3am and tow them sneakly ,while all residents are sleeping "without making any noise or even sending an alert or a message to residents announcing the vehicle plate number" that's such a shameful act from such big company to steal vehicles ,tow them by another company hired by irvine company and then next day they claim $480 for releasing your own car!

How bizarre this is.

Also on the night they towed my car furtively they towed it from the back and caused some damages to my 4W drive ,my bumper got a dent ,my back up camera not working, one of back lights got cracked , and some more which the mechanic will notify me soon and my insurance company will follow up for sure, they caused all these mess and costs to me car and me as a VALUED RESIDENT per their saying ,and ONLY Irvine company is responsible for all this,
