I purchased a 1 year extension to my existing plan for what I thought was a big discount - as advertised by an IOLO email I received - $19.98 for another year. IOLO added an automatic $19.95/month live help subscription that I did not ask for nor did they make clear would happen - "iolo LiveTech 24/7 Technical Support". It shows as $0.00 on your invoice but down below it says it will renew automatically if you don't cancel it before the end of the first month. I didn't pickup on that in my receipt from IOLO. And I didn't notice the charge on my credit card for 3 months. I called to ask for it to be refunded, they would not. I have uninstalled their software and will never do business with them again. I had been a customer since before COVID. NEVER AGAIN
