I received offers of 12 months of System Mechanic for one payment of $9.95 twice this week. I called their number each time the same morning of the offer as the link sent me to an error page. Each time they said it was a limited user sale and they already met the quota but were willing to offer a 3 year plan for $109. They also said the offer should show the number of subscriptions that were offered at that price. However no such information was shown on any of the offer pages.
I have been a loyal customer for a decade or more. It appears their integrity has plummeted. I will no longer require their services.
Recommendation: Decent product but the company has no integrity.

That is a bait-and-switch and they are counting on you being too polite to push back. Screenshot both offers and the error page, then email iolo support with the dates and demand they honor the $9.95 for 12 months or put in writing why they will not. Ask for a case number. If they refuse, dispute any charge with your card and cancel auto-renewal now. After a decade of loyalty, you deserve a straight answer, not a quota excuse.
