InTown Suites review: Kicked me out for having a pet when I have a registered pet

I was kicked out after making a payment for the whole week and they kept my deposit because I have an animal who is a an emotional support animal and registered through a doctor and through the esa website she said my form was not good enough to get a note from my doctor so I did and before I could bring it to her on Monday my pet was in the room cuz I dropped her off that morning while I went to work I left work early to go get the paper that she requested and before I could bring it to her she kicked me and my daughter and a baby out and refused to to give me my money back or my deposit back when I've done nothing but follow all the rules stay to myself and pay my rent on time every time the room was not clean when I first initially rented the room it was disgusting there was piss all on the toilet all on the wall I just scrub it clean with bleach I also had to clean the floors underneath the beds were very filthy I found drug paraphernalia under mattress it was ridiculous I don't feel that people should do people like that also the management there is very racist and they have a little bit of authority so they treat people like crap. There's so many drug dealers prostitutes and homeless people that roam around the parking lot all night but yet they want to try to come at people who work hard and who are only staying there until their apartment is ready for them on July 20th so I don't think that's right I want a refund at least for the days that I'm not there
