We went there to fix a regular issue on our car. The car was okay with no blinking check engine signal. But after they finished repairing, our car won't even start. It's been three weeks now and they still can't find the issue. I told the supervisor, *** and he said he'll take charge of it. But that was already a week ago. I requested a rental car today but they informed me that another customer has been waiting since January 19th and they still have her car.

They tricked me into getting a crappy car that was in a wreck before and they didn't even tell me! I found out just a few weeks ago! Then they tried to say I caused some damage when I only had it for a month. They gave me two rentals but didn't even tell me my car was fixed until a couple of days ago. And now they want me to pay them thousands of dollars to get it back! I can't even go to work without my car. And they still want me to pay the monthly payments for a car that is not even with me! The manager was no help at all and said he would sue me if I don't give him the money. But it's not my fault! This place is a total scam. Don't buy anything from them.

I bough a 2014 Dodg Avenger las year and I've been driving it for almost 9 months now. Last week, the check engine light turnd on and I was told that the motor is going bad. I called Interstate Dodge today and the guy that answered told me that the car is not new and has milege on it, so it's normal for it to break. He didn't even ask for my name or what car I bought, he just knew. I specifically asked if there was anything wrong with the car before I signed the papers and they said no. It's not right that I have to pay money every month for a car that doesn't work properly. If they knew that there was something wrong with the car, they shouldn't have sold it to me just to get a sale. They shouldn't have lied to me. I could've went somewhere else and bought a car that runs with my hard earned mony.

Got my car towed to Interstate Dodge on Feb 12th 'cause it was leaking oil and wouldn't start after I got the belt replaced. Spoke to a guy named *** 'bout the diagnostic fee and he said it wasn't needed. But later on Feb 15th, he called me back saying it'll cost $720 to fix it. I agreed. But on Feb 24th, he called me back again saying they found another issue with some sensor and that it'll cost $1960 to fix it. I had to borrow money, but they kept delaying for weeks and weeks. I called them many times, but all they said was that they're behind schedule. Then on March 24th, another guy called me saying I need to pay $3600 more to replace the whole engine! I just can't afford that much money, especially since I'm on disability! And all they offered was to borrow from a finance company. I don't know what to do now. My brother lost his job 'cause the car wasn't fixed. And now I'm still making payments on it too!
