I purchased the monogrammed necklace from the website bemonogrammed.com. After several weeks, it finally arrived. I wore it for one day, and the chain torn. The seller hasn’t provided the phone number on their website, but I sent them several emails. I was upset with their rude and impolite response. They asked me to send necklace to another company, and I haven’t heard from them again. Post your comments about this seller, so it will be very useful for other customers.
This is not a real complaint from a real customer. This website posts fake negative reviews on companies. Then, when that company contacts the webmaster at "Complaints Board", you receive a solicitation to have the negative review removed "for a fee". BeMonogrammed.com and it's parent company has a stellar record of customer service. You may visit the website and find all contact information very easily, contrary to the review above. You may also visit legit review sites for better information about BeMonogrammed.com. Search "Complaints Board lawsuit" on Google and see what pops up.
I have purchased numerous gifts and necklaces for myself from this company. Their products and customer service is second to none. The problem with people who make complaints like this is that they never use their real name. How can we believe anything you say? BeMonogrammed has their contact info listed on their contact page. If the original poster really has a problem, they should have contacted the company, not come to a site like this with a story that is most likely a lie. It is unfortunate that someone is trying to damage this business' reputation. I would suggest that people look at the source and check out the company on their own. They have a great Facebook page that they update daily at The Purple Mermaid on Facebook.
