My wife sent in a request for her credentials from IERF about four months ago. We even prepaid for shipping, giving them $75 in case it cost the maximum amount. Weeks turned into months, and finally I called and left a voice message which was ignored.
A few weeks later I sent an email asking what was going on. This time they replied the next day, which was nice, and explained that they had been confused about the address, which was honestly our fault because we'd put the wrong address. So I clarified the address, and they then asked what kind of shipping I'd like: Standard, $10, or overnight, $49. I replied standard, to which they then ignored me...
A week or so later I sent an email again, asking if they were going to send me the credentials. This time they replied the next day, and they said that it will be sent out ASAP, but they charged me for overnight shipping, which is $49, and this was after I requested standard shipping for $10.
I then sent them an email saying I wanted standard shipping, and they immediately replied saying they had refunded me for $39.
However, they didn't say that it was sent out. And now it's been more than a week, and I haven't gotten it. So yesterday I sent another email, simply asking if it has been sent out, and, once again, they ignored me.
They are masters of ignoring me. I am starting to think they just don't care.
