Intercape review: Unsatisfied

I was booked in the 21st of Desember 2015 for my first ever trip from Pretoria to Vanrhynsdorp.
First the bus was 2 hours late apparently due to 2 busses that was send back to the depot. We stood in the rain waiting..
On the bus I had to find that there were no toilet paper or hand wash in the bathroom.. (They could have told me when I bought my ticket) I had to buy my own at the next possible stop.. They say that there is comfortable leg space.. NOT TRUE! VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!
On the way back the toilet was blocked twice.. So we had to wait for the next stop to rush to a public bathroom and stand in line to wait your turn.. Could not get anything to eat or drink due to the fact that the bathroom break took up the whole 10min break that was given before the bus leaves again...
There were no trash bags that was mentioned on the website. And the onscreen entertainment was not working both ways... Will not recommend it to anybody.. And I will drive with my own car next time..
